Very happy with product and results
Purchased Buteless in July 2017. My gelding was on Bute for arthritis and was doing OK. I gave Buteless a try as I wanted to take him off of the drug as it takes a toll on their system long term. To my amazement he is better on Buteless than he was on Bute. Not only in riding is he traveling more sound... At free will in the field playing.

Does it work? Hope so, but who knows for sure!
My horse has been on this for about a month. First of all, I'm thrilled that he eats it! He is picky. As a dressage horse, I'm picky about movement, and to be honest, he is pretty sound to begin with, just stiff sometimes. I can't say for sure whether he is more comfortable, he is good some days, so-so other days, and a lot depends on his turnout which varies. He is certainly not worse. Yucca really helped my other old horse who was more dramatically/consistently stiff, so I feel it's probably making my horse feel more comfortable whether I can see it or not. For the price it seems like a good risk.

Great Product!
I use this product for my 26 year old QH/TB cross. She has arthritis in her back right leg and has trouble moving around some days. But on this product she is 100% sound!!! I suggest this product to others! She is also a picky eater but loves this stuff!

Just wasn't right for my Mare
I bought this and used it for about 3 weeks. While my mare with hock arthritis did show improvement in her movement, she also showed signs of stomach upset. She is sensitive and the Devils Claw was just a not a good option for her.

Unfortunately this product did not help my horse with his foot soreness and made no difference for him. He didn't mind eating it though.

Great product and SCAH has the best price!
My horse has luxating patella in both his stifles and this product has helped him keep active and (properly) tight in the joint. Won't buy from anywhere else!

Makes my old man feel young again
I have been giving this it my retired Quarter pony for a few years and you can sure see a difference in the way he moves if he misses a couple days of this stuff!! He will be on it till the end of his days!!

Good alternative to Bute
I use these pellets for an OTTB who has a messed up front ankle. These pellets along with MSM keep him comfortable enough that I can use him for light riding. He gets them with his grain every morning. So far he has had no issues with Bute-less and he has been on them for over three years. P.S. Santa Cruz has the lowest price on the Bute-less plus free shipping.

Keeps my old horse comfortable!
I've had good luck with this product on my 24 year old retired ranch and trail horse. He's very worn and his old joints are tired after years of cow and ranch work. It's gentle on his stomach and seems to help keep him comfortable.

Great natural product!
My holistic vet highly recommended I try this product for my senior horse (now 35) who has suffered with feet issues. I liked that it was natural ingredients - Devil’s Claw Extract, Vitamin B-12, and Yucca - which avoids gastric upset you get from chemicals. It is great to use for inflammatory issues, long term use, aches and discomfort. It takes about 7-10 days to really kick in, but has been a wonderful product and helps my horse. She doesn't even know she's eating it with her grain! I highly recommend this product, as I've been using it for years.

Good product
This seems to help with stiffness. Horse is moving better and more. I think depending on the issue you're dealing with this product could be great. I was looking for some relief for my gelding before he goes back on Previcox for summer use. I believe it's helped some. Priced well, seemed like a good gamble.

Great for Sensitive Tummies and Keeps Em Moving!
I use this on my sidebone pasture pony we rescued. On really cold days or days where she's gotten too "frisky" and hurts the next day. She gets it everyday so its always working in her system and her off days are few and far between. Takes awhile to build up in the system--but press on! Its highly palatable for picky eaters. Also use on my 20 year old TB who has the most sensitive stomach in the world. It doesnt bother him and he keeps moving and grooving!

Didn't see much of a difference
I used this for a month for my 19 year old senior horse. He gobbled it up without grain but he's not a picky eater. I bought it since he seemed to be having achy joints. He was resting his left hind hock a lot and would limp on it a bit. I didn't see much of a difference in his way of moving but I did see him resting his hoof less. However, he is also on aspirin for uveitis. Maybe it wasn't enough time but I don't have any desire to try it again for joints. I would possibly try it again if my horse had to be on bute specifically for some other issue though. Furthermore, I would still recommend it to a friend since I think it's a better alternative to bute if it works. May as well try it as it's not that costly imo. I give it 4 stars so other people give it a try but 3 for my horse's needs.
