As riders and online shoppers, we know it can be tough to buy a new bridle or pair of boots without trying them on. That's why we moved the fitting room to your living room (or barn)! From breeches to blankets, if you or your horse can try it on, you can return it, free! Just use the pre-paid return label included in your order within 60 days from the purchase date. And of course, please make sure the item is in like-new condition with original packaging (we said 'fitting room', not 'war room'!).

The rugged new Dublin Venturer is made from Nubuck leather in an easy pull on style with tabs and elastic sides. The RCS Tough Tech sole provides better traction and lightweight flexibility. The contoured footbed and Drilex lining assure a comfortable fit and make this a great choice for the barn or the saddle.

Dublin Venturer Pull On Boot is rated 4.4286 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice town/riding boot style I received these as a Christmas present (was seriously needing some inexpensive paddock boots, as my kid and I have to play boot swap at the barn, a real pain).  Pros: love the pull on style -- the elastic appears fairly strong, so shouldn't get too loose too quickly; love the rounded toe box, so you can wiggle your toes!; not bad looking and pretty comfortable -- so I can wear these as a casual street shoe; oiled up to a nice mellow milk chocolate color; didn't cost a mintCons: you do get what you pay for -- the leather and construction doesn't appear as though either will stand up to really hard wear for as long as some more expensive paddocks; the stitching is loose in some areas, and the glue on the sole isn't the best; when I cleaned and oiled (Effax and Obenauf) them for the first time a fair amount of the dye came offConsiderations: these boots do run small; I bought a size and a half larger than usual so I could wear heavy winter socks in them, might have gone up two sizes for that (although they'd be really loose for summer weight then); some people might need more arch support/cushioning if they're going to wear them all day (I plan on putting some Dr. Scholl's in mine as I stand out in the middle of an arena a lot); these may not hold up to years of rigorous wear and tear -- probably a good idea to give them tlc in order to last (haven't had them long enough to test this out though).Overall: a nice little boot for not a lot of money (and definitely something I needed!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from finally, plain old jod boots Have been looking for regular/old fashioned jod boots for daily wear forever - hate lace-ups and zippers are a pain. These fit right out of the box, are very comfortable, and look just fine with jeans or saddleseat style jodhpurs. I've rated good on durability as I'm not sure how they'll end up, and I did follow the advice to order a size up, but returned for my normal size which fits better, I added a thin insole to add a bit more padding - but that's just me. I don't show my horses anymore but would definitely recommend them for saddleseat riders for show or barn, and hope they'll also be available in black.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good boot I was looking for a boot that would last longer than my Ariats, which I only get about 8 months out of. I doubt these will do it, but I do like them a lot. They fit true to size, they're comfortable for barn chores and for riding, and they're cute with casual clothes. The durability looks similar to Ariats - certainly not better - but at half the price, I'm happy! I think these are great boots for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable shoes As I get older, I found my boots (cowboy) were not as comfortable as they were, and they were hurting my feet, particularly when I had to walk a good distance while riding. I found these shoes and based on the reviews, purchased a pair. I LOVE these shoes!! They are so comfy and I love that I can wear them around the barn and ride in them. I did have to purchase some half chaps as when walking in tall grass, all the weeds and stickers would get inside. The half chaps remedied that! I would recommend these shoes if you are looking for a riding/barn shoe that is comfy on your feet.SmartPak was great. Shipping was quick, I got them much earllier than expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS BOOT! I have owned many Blundstone Boots that are twice the price and seems to fall apart in the sole, maybe becasue of horse urine in stalls? These Dublin boots are great! Beautiful leather- the brown matches my Ariat 1/2 chaps perfectly. I love the style - not a narrow toed traditional looking "paddock boot" which make these perfect to go from riding to teaching lessons and then wearing to the store with jeans. I did put some insoles in mine and a little extra cushion but I'm on my feet for 12 hours at a time and have back issues. I also used mink oil on them before wearing to help with waterproofing. This is the type of product I want to order 10 of in case they stop making them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great boot, tricky sizing Based on reviews, I ordered down a size for a 9. They were too small, so I ordered the 91/2, which is usually my normal size. They weren't any different than the 9! Maybe a fluke, but I took a chance and ordered the 10 and am very glad I did, they are perfect. I put my own insoles in and they are comfy for barn work, trail riding and not too clunky looking to wear into a store. They didn't need any break in time either. They are a bit tight to pull on, but I have a high instep so that's expected for me. I can't say anything yet about durability, but they look like they will hold up well, and are certainly a good value. I would have given them a 5 star rating, except for the trouble with the fit. Thank you Smartpak for free returns!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for just wearing I bought these boots to ride in, which I did for a few months. They're fine for a trail ride but not for lessons. I found them to be too chunky. However, they are great for just wearing and look great with jeans. I wear them to the barn and around at shows when my daughter is showing and I have to be on my feet all day. They're better than my sneakers and stay dry in wet weather. The value is excellent for the money. I also love that they're pull 'em on and go.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from wish black was available comfy fit and looks cool. I bought this for just a casual wear when I can be ready for dog walk or just in town. It is too early to mention how durable it is, but I feel it will be. I could go down to 6 W, but w/thick socks 6 1/2 w is just fine.very cute and stylish
