Uv Protection Fly Sheet

Fly sheets help to protect your horse from the bugs and sun! Fly sheets come in a variety of styles, with some having extended belly and neck coverage for extra protection. Horses with sensitive skin, such as a horse with Sweet Itch, or light-colored horses prone to sunburn, will greatly benefit from UV protection. If your horse damages sheets or likes to roughhouse, look for PVC coated polyester mesh, polyester/polypropylene, Textilene, or nylon mesh, because these fabrics are more durable. In general, these fabrics are lightweight and breathable, designed to protect, yet not overheat your horse.
