This new and improved pad offers the ultimate protections for both horse and riders with 95% shock absorption as well as reducing rider movement and preventing saddle slip.

Hand wash: cold water and mild detergent made for wool. Gently squeeze to remove water. Hang to dry out of the sun and away from direct heat. To prevent shrinkage, stretch the skin gently while drying. When dry, brush fleece up with a coarse pet brush.

A luxurious look for your new show pad - now available with the Mattes Correction System! The Correction System can improve saddle fit on horses who may change form throughout competition season, have physical asymmetries or other similar situations. This system uses Poly-Flex shims that are slipped into the pockets on the saddle pad to allow for adjustments to be easily made. The poly-flex material absorbs energy to eliminate bounce and is very resilient and won't bottom out like foam or other materials.

This pad features dense 1-inch sheepskin for maximum protection under the points of the saddle tree. The sheepskin is then sheared to 1/2 inch under the saddle flap to provide a close feel. Full trim for a traditional look. Velcro girth strap is easily adjustable.
