Good Affordable Blanket
I have both the medium and heavy weight Weatherbeata Genero blankets. Overall I am satisfied. I had to go up a size for the heavy blanket, as all the insulation made it so it didn't quite fit my horse right. But with the right size I like the fit, and my horse seems content with them. Only thing I don't like about this blanket is the front buckles. I really like the clips with adjustable straps, because it seems they stay in place better and provide more closure on the front of the blanket. Also there is no velcro to hold the front of the blanket shut either. I would prefer both of those features on this blanket if possible, but overall I like the blankets.

Affordable and great quality.
Fits my gelding perfect. He measures a 72” and the 72” is a great fit for him. The quality has been great too so far, him and my other horse play a lot but it has held up. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing Blanket!
I just bought this for my horse and it fits him so well! I loved how squishy it was when I pulled it out of the package. He looks so handsome in it! Only thing I would add is a ring at the neckline for easy hanging on hooks :)

Great light weight blanket
I needed a blanket weight in between a no-fill sheet and a 220 weight. This 100 fill is perfect for windy, rainy 40 degree days. My horse is out 24/7. This blanket keeps her cozy and dry.

Excellent Buy
I picked up this blanket for my 30 year old horse. I trust the WeatherBeeta brand, the price offered by this special run for SmartPack was a no brainer. The blanket stays in place, is perfectly waterproof, is tough no rips or snags so far (hes turned out with 4 others with barn access). The tail flap keeps his bootie warm. This blanket doesnt have shoulder gussets or velcro at the front closure, but it's a great blanket at a price you cant pass up for the quality.

Fits well, wish it had wither relief.
This is a really nice blanket. The blue and green plaid look sharp on my dapple grey! The longish drop helps close around his belly and keep him warm. I like that the leg straps are a bit narrower than surcingle straps and they are permanently attached in the front, allowing for the clipping/unclipping to be done from one side, behind the horse.
The only thing I would change would be to add a raised wither. I have a thoroughbred with a fairly standard build, not an extreme shark-fin wither, but the blanket could absolutely fit just a tad better if the wither was raised.

I am a big fan of Weatherbeeta blankets in general (my 3 other horses have them), but had purchased 3 other blankets for my one horse that should be renamed Conan the blanket destroyer. All 3 of the "indestructible" blankets purchased, he destroyed in 1-3 months. Upon receiving this blanket and putting it on, I noticed that it seemed to fit him better in the withers, but also seemed a bit "baggy" through the stomach. "Conan" seems to appreciate the fit and while the verdict is still out on how long this blanket will last, so far, so good.

I ordered this blanket when Smartpak was running a sale and got the blanket for 47.00 I would not pay full retail simply because i prefer Rambo but got this as a back up. if your horse has a booty like my girl order a size or two up my girl fits into a Rambo 75 perfectly and is very snug in this blanket. great for the price i got it at and perfect as a backup

Perfect fit!
I just bought this blanket as a backup for winter months and loved it so much that it's now my number one! It is true to size and covers well. Only had to use it a couple of times so far and it has kept my mare dry and warm. The quality of the fabric is great, length is better than the other product I had and it looks good too!

Love this jacket

Terrible for narrow horse
This blanket caused severe rubs in a short time on my gelding. He is a pony cross that is narrow he wears a 72. I would not recommend this for a narrow horse.
