Instructions for Use:
Shake well before use. Move excess hair from wound area. Clip if necessary. Adjust spray nozzle and saturate the affected area, flushing away any foreign debris. If dressing is required, saturate dressing with Vetericyn Plus® Antimicrobial Hydrogel at each dressing change. Repeat 3-4 times per day or as necessary. Faster healing is achieved when wounds are cleaned and maintained moist. No rinsing necessary. Safe for use around mouth, nose, ears, and eyes. For best results, first clean affected area with Vetericyn Plus® Wound & Skin Care Liquid to ensure deep dermal cleansing and proper wound bed preparation.

Product I can trust
I am using this product on a horse I just brought home from hospitalization for a severe colic. His IV site had developed some signs of possible minor infection and I wanted a product I could trust would make my horse better, but I didn’t want an ointment. His IV site has shown signs of healing and I am so pleased because he’s had enough of an ordeal and I didn’t want to have him endure any more discomfort.

The Baby Bounching Ball
Bebe is one of my Min. PIns, and a show dog. When she was about 8 months old, my sister was taking her to a show in Ca. That morning Bebe, out in the yard got into a nest of ants. Everything seemed ok until my sister got to the show ground. Bebe was sick, running a temp, and had sores on both sides along her ribs, and down the backs of both back legs. By Sunday when my sister arrived home, Bebe had gaping open wounds on both sides of her ribs and down the backs of both hind legs. My sister had her on the meds the Vet in Ca had but Bebe on, but they were not doing much good. We had a bottle of vetericyn and my sister started using it twice a day on Bebe's wounds. By the next weekend, the wounds on Bebe were closed and looking ever so much better. At the end of the month she was all healed up. She does has some scaring on her back legs, but hard to see on "The Baby Bounching Ball!"
That was 7 years ago, and she is still going strong. I still believe if not for the vetericyn, we would have lost her from an infection in those wounds. Thank you Vetericyn!!!!

Works like magic!
Always works! Heals wounds like they've never happened. It's our go to! When my gelding cut his ear open we immediately went to Vetericyn and it healed it like normal. When my mare hooked her leg on a hinge and ripped it open to the bone, sutures and Vetericyn have healed her right up. We had a pig get in a buffalo pen and get a horn in her butt. We cleaned it, then just used Vetericyn twice a day. A month later that butt looked flawless. Thank you Vetericyn for the amazing products! Even our vet calls Vetericyn holy water for animals!

WONDERFUL PRODUCT !!
Purchased Hydrogel to use on a dog wound ("L" shaped tear through the skin and just into the muscle on her hip about the size of a fifty cent piece). Within 10 minutes of application, the area seemed to not be as tender as it had been, and within a week, it was totally healed from inside out)
Recently, another of my dogs ended up with a wound on her side z bhit larger yhan a quarter - didn't see it for a day or so after it happened & she had been licking the area, so it was very inflamed. Cleaned and used Hydrogel twice a day... same results as with the first dog wound. The Hydrogel must soothe the nerve endings, as she quit licking the area almost immediately and it healed beautifully in no time at all.
Now I ALWAYS keep a bottle of Hydrogel in my veterinary supplies!!

Excellent product!
My horse has a sarcoid on the crest of her neck. The sarcoid started to bleed and just get nasty from the flies aggravating it. Sarcoids can be quite sensitive to products applied topically and fly spray didn't work to keep flies off and seemed to anger it even more. I bought the Vetericyn spray gel to see how it would work. It has worked well. It doesn't bleed as bad or as often. The flies have mostly left it alone. It has even began to get smaller. The tissue isn't as red and inflamed. I believe the difference has been because of this product.

Multi-purpose results
I bought this product as wound cleanser for my horse hoping merely for a good product to clean and prevent infection. This Hydrogel has more than surpassed my expectations. Not only does it clean and protect, it helps wounds heal faster and more completely, and it is gentle and safe for use in even the most sensitive places- like my dog’s ears. Could not recommend this product more highly!

Great all around wound care
I have been using vetricyn for years now. I use on everyone from my horses to my kids!. Just recently my gelding had a deep cut his foot just above the coronet band. I cleaned the wound and coated it with vetricyn twice a day the wound healed in about 10 days, it was one that would normally take months to heal and the scarring is minimum.

I first tried Vetericyn about 3 yrs ago and won't be without it ever! I had a mare that had a very bad cut under her jaw and I was not able to keep a halter on her. She let me spray this on her with no problems and she healed completely with no scarring! I now use it for all my animals whenever they have any cuts. Love your products.

Must have for any barn!
I bought this when I rescued my mare. She was underweight, poor skin and coat quality, and had many old and new wounds from the other horses in her pen. She was at the bottom of the pecking order and her body showed it. I quickly ordered this spray and washed wounds and applied this spray everyday. It worked so quickly and aided in not only the healing but also the quality in the skin and coat that grew back where those wounds were. I always keep a bottle of this on hand and will continue to do so! You never know when you will find a cut or scrap that needs tending too!

Easy application
I was able to apply the hydrogel spray to a hardly halter broke mare that got a pretty bad cut on her pasturn during shipping.
The consistency of the hydrogel allowed me to spray from a distance and I didn't have to worry about it dripping off, as it "clings" out sticks to the skin well.
I believe hydrogel is what helped this mare recovery with only a small scar. She was difficult to treat, but the hydrogel made it so much easier!

Meet Quil and what Vetricyn is doing for him.
At 2 months my colt had to have surgery on a hoof. After surgery he was ordered on stall rest. We made a stall out of a round pen inside one of our pole sheds and lined it with floor mats. Day 4 I came home from work and found Quil's leg had gotten under the gate panel that seriously laid on the floor. I worked and worked to try and get it off of him and it was so heavy. I saw that my husband had an axe leaning against a wall so I ran over and grabbed that and used the very skinny part of the axe to put under the panel and I pushed it and the panel came off of his leg. I still didn't know how I was going to keep it off of his leg until I could get something to put under it. I wasn't thinking very clearly at the time. I prayed and gave one more push down and that panel sprung forward and freed his leg. When my husband got home we cleaned it with novalsan and put a triple antibiotic ointment on it and wrapped it. The following Monday my vet came to check on his hoof that he had surgery on and I showed her this injury and she immediately consulted with another vet and came up with a plan. This colts bone was actually exposed and she was very concerned it would dry out and cause serious issues. They came up with the plan to do water therapy 10 to 15 minutes a day, spray the wound with Vetricyn Hydrogel, spray the padded bandage with the hydrogel and put it on the wound and wrap it with vet wrap. I wasn't sure how a 2 month old colt was going to tolerate this but he has been amazing and I tell you with out a doubt, without the water therapy and the Vetricyn, we would not have seen the amazing recovery we have. The Hydrogel kept the bone hydrated and promoted amazing healing. The photos I have attached are 1. The one my vet took when she came to share with the other vet. 2. 4 days after starting with the water therapy and Vetricyn Hydrogel. 3. 8 days after starting and then 11 days. The bone is no longer exposed and look at the healthy tissue. This colt is not lame, and he is such a Trooper. Probably should rename him Trooper but we call him Quil. Thank you Vetricyn for such an amazing product!!!!! Quil thanks you too.

Works great!
I have purchased this several times now and am tired of wasting my money! Don't get me wrong, the product works great, but you waste at least half of the bottle each time. One of my dogs has severe allergies, which includes almost every kind of grass. This leaves her with hot spots and yeast infections on her paws almost all the time. The vetericyn plus keeps the itching to a minimum, however the spray bottles always stop working because they are plugged up. The directions say to shake well, and I do, until my arm hurts sometimes. Doesn't matter if you buy the small pump spray or the larger squeeze handle spray, it always stops working! I have tried soaking the nozzles in hot water, but that doesn't work. Please consider a different type of applicator!

Outstanding product
The only problem that I have had is the spray nozzle stops working when I have only used one quarter of the bottle. I thought it might be one problem, but this is the third bottle and it keeps happening. Please look into fixing the sprayer.

Great product to have in your first-aid arsenal
My bichon came inside, having been bitten or stung on her leg! Within minutes, it had swelled and she continued to lick and scratch off the surrounding hair. I quickly sprayed site. She felt relief right away; she left it alone. The swelling reduced quickly after. I sprayed the area again the next day. Problem solved. No vet visit required. I'll never be without it.

Amazing and fast results
We use Vetricyn on all of our animals (horses, pigs, dogs, cats and Chickens) it doesn’t matter if they have little scratches like pecking wounds or huge gashes like a horse getting his hoof caught in a wire fence, vetricyn is a reliable product who never disappoints. We have minimal scar tissue, clean wounds which helps the healing process tremendously. I have thrown all of the other products I used to have away and replaced them with mostly vetricyn products! Great job!

Good product, but nozzle keeps clogging
This is a good product, but the nozzle keeps clogging up with the gel build up.
Despite removing the nozzle and giving it a through clean, it still became clogged.
However, I ended up manually removing some gel to apply on my dog and it works just fine

I use this on my dogs, cats and dairy goats. Wounds heal much fast with less problems. I use the liquid spray first to clean and then hydrogel after so it clings better. Nothing works better and cheaper! Thanks Vetericyn!
