Vetericyn® Hoof Care is designed to help manage thrush, white line, and seedy toe in hooves. It purges & removes pathogens that cause hoof disease. Hoof Care also helps alleviate the buildup of harmful microorganisms on hooves that can cause odor and lameness. This unique formula effectively repairs hooves by penetrating deep into hoof layers and crevices to purge and remove pathogens that cause hoof deterioration and breakdown and promote the growth of healthy tissue.
Vetericyn® Hoof Care was developed to include a bright blue marking dye to help visually see coverage on the hoof during application and also to know when a reapplication is needed. Check your horses’ hoof(s) daily and clean with hoof pick, looking for the Hoof Care blue dye. If the stain has dissipated, reapply as necessary until condition no longer exists.

Instructions for Use:
Clean the hoof thoroughly with hoof pick to remove all dirt, debris, and loosen hoof material. Adjust spray nozzle on bottle. Spray the entire hoof sole and soak the frog area with Vetericyn Mobility Hoof Care. After application, let horse stand on dry ground for 5 minutes. Depending on the severity of hoof condition, additional sprays can be applied daily or as needed. For maximum results, avoid prolonged wet environments or standing water until the condition is no longer present. A hoof knife can also be used to clean the frog and remove frog tissue as necessary. Consult with your farrier.

Settling-in on a Favorite
I’ve been a farrier for over 20 years and find it imperative that I have a treatment product for thrush on hand and potentially available for every hoof. I have tried many of the products on the market as well as the homemade concoctions but currently have settled into a preference for Vetericyn Hoof Care. I like how it is thin enough to actually soak into the tissue and the dye is a nice indicator. I like the spray application method with a quality sprayer and durable bottle that’s a handy, compact size. This product works well! A hose clamp/washer on the bottle allows me to stick it to the magnet on my hoof stand and keep it off the floor, safe from stepping horses.

Easy to use, but easy to turn yourself blue too
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was almost "too easy" to use that I ended up getting my hands blue. Normally I do use gloves when handling thrush/blue dye products, but I was also trying to take a picture so sadly had skin exposed. It did cover my horse's hoof very nicely and will be great to use during high thrush season (once we get back to wet ground).

Great Hoof care

Hoof Care for Horses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful product! I have 7 horses whose hooves get dry, brittle and cracked, especially in the winter - this product is keeping their hooves clean, neat, moisturized and easy to trim. It stays on for a long time too, which is a nice surprise. It goes on easily and has a light, pleasant scent that seems to calm the horses. Highly recommend and will keep using it.

Great product, needs a better bottle design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product cleared up my horse's thrush, but the design of the bottle is not great. If you have to hold it upside down, it doesn't spray and the product starts to leak out. I do recommend it though because it does work!

Old hoofs approved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are new to caring for an equine, she was brought to us after her owner passed away and her hoofs are in poor shape. The reshaping and healing process has been slow. We haven't used any topical products besides what the ferrier uses on her when he is here.
Vetericyn Hoof Care spray, goes on blue so you can see where the product is and appears to do exactly what it says it will do, help purge the buildup of harmful microorganisms and can be applied daily as needed, and also reassuring knowing that the product leaves a protective barrier on the hoofs as well.
I will buy this product again in the future and I definitely would recommend it to my other equine lovers.

Vetericyn is a great Hoof Care Option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vetericyn Hoof Care is a great product! I started to see results after the first use. The spray bottle application also makes it so much easier and less messy to use the spray on application method. It does stain blue so be sure you are spraying in an area that can be stained.
My horse has thrush in his frog towards his heel and the Vetericyn seems to be taking care of it quickly. It only takes a few seconds to apply and dries very quickly. I'm glad I gave it a try for the long winter months ahead!

Hoof Care that does the job the right way!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had a horse that started limping. On inspection she had torn the frog on her back hoof. I received a free sample of Vetericyn Hoof Care at the right time! I've cleaned the hoof and applied the Hoof Care as directed. It sprays on with a trigger so was very easy to use while holding my horses hoof up with the other hand. That is extremely important to me! She stood very still while I sprayed it on. It comes out blue so you can see where you sprayed it.. another good plus! I should know in a couple days how her frog is doing and will try to update you!
