Fantastic Helmet
Bought this helmet for my son about a month ago- it's lightweight, breathable and very comfortable. Easy to adjust and I really like the removable padding, just throw it in the wash!

Love the look of this helmet. It looks so much more expensive than it is. I get compliments ALL the time. I like that it adjusts so if I wear my hair a different way I can change the fit. It's just an all around awesome helmet. It's also very comfortable and I forget that I'm wearing it!

A definite step up from my old Troxel!
Busted my old helmet (instead of my head) so was in the market for a new one. The reviews on this model were 100% positive, so I bought it. Love the incorporated visor, mesh-covered vents, and the adjustable dial makes the fit perfect. I got the pink because it was the lightest color; my only "complaint" is that I would prefer it in white.

very attractive for the price!
I had been wanting to save up for a nicer helmet but it just so happened that my old one started falling apart (IRH, would not buy again) when I didn't have much money to spare. I bought this in black duratec because it was the cheapest option that looked reasonably attractive. I was pretty impressed by this helmet when it arrived. It is very comfortable and lightweight and the vents work really well (I live in Georgia). And it is very good looking for the price range. I will wear it to schooling shows. The only thing I don't like about the design is that the chin straps connect to the outer edge of the helmet which looks and feels kind of silly in my opinion, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Love this helmet!
I ride multiple horses a day, and live in the hot, humid Texas Gulf Coast. There's nothing worse than putting on a wet helmet, and I'm also a bit of a fashion diva, so I have half a dozen schooling helmets in many styles and colors. I LOVE this helmet. I got the hot pink and it's beautiful. Love the color, love the 'wet look' finish and the generous venting. Not only that, the helmet is low profile, and......gasp.....actually looks good!! It's now my favorite helmet!

I love my new helmet, I only starting riding five months ago so I was looking for safety. This helmet had very good reviews and my instructor told me Troxel was an excellent brand. I thought it was going to be too hot but it is not, even when I ride in the afternoon. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

Good Purchase
I bought this helmet for my 10 year old granddaughter to wear to a "horse camp". It's offered in a variety of colors. The helmet arrived quickly and fit very well. She's able to adjust it to fit her head with the dial system, and she is able to adjust the chin strap. There have been no complaints about discomfort. Overall good fit. We've only had the helmet for a few weeks, so durability is still up in the air. (I have two different Troxel helmets. I still use both, and have had one for a few years and the other for over a year.)

Super comfortable!
I bought this helmet for my teenage daughter who has just started riding. She was wearing my helmet but it was too tight on her. I didn't have to worry about ordering the exact perfect size with this Troxel helmet since it is adjustable. I originally ordered a medium, but even at the largest adjustment, it was too small. Of course SmartPak replaced quickly and easily! The large size is perfect, and the padding is very comfortable. The only negative we have seen is that the matte finish seems to show fingerprints very easily (on the black helmet). While it looked great straight out of the box, it now looks a bit spotty where it has been touched. Outside of that, totally worth the great price.

No more mushroom head!
I wanted a schooling helmet that fit well and that I looked good in. This helmet is low profile and matt finished, alivating the dreaded shinny mushroom head. It's comfortable, durable and perfectly chic.

Love Fuschia! Love the dial!
My husband told me to buy a new helmet even though my old one was 3 years old. His reasoning was that my brain was more important than a new pair of cute, paddock boots!! (Got to love that man!) Fuchia is an excellent color that shows well on trail rides even though my Haffie was unsure of the wild color at first. Love, love, love the dial system...finally a helmet that fits snugly. Go crazy; buy a fun color and be the envy of your barn.

Affordable and flashy!
My daughter is required by her barn to wear a helmet at all times while on horseback. Additionally, it makes good sense to protect the head. I bought this to replace her older Troxel after she took a big fall.
This helmet from Troxel is redesigned to fit lower on the basilar portion of the skull better protecting the cerebellum and brain stem. It is a rich color with a very shiny surface.
