This new and improved pad offers the ultimate protection for both horse and riders with 95% more shock absorption as well as reducing rider movement and prevents saddle slip.

Hand wash or machine wash in front loader: cold water and mild detergent. Use a mild/gentle cycle. Hang to dry out of the sun. Pads damaged in a top load (with agitator) machine will not be replaced under warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by celeste from Great, but not for every horse I have been using these thinking pads for a little over a year now and I love them. I think they are great pads and offer pretty good shock absorption. However, they are definitely not for every horse. I had a horse that was happiest in this under her saddle and my new mare does not like it nearly as much and prefers aa fluffy mattes pad. I would say this is definitely worth trying and the quality is great, but it might not be the best option for sensitive horses in heavier work because the pad is quite hard.

I also have the thin line with the shearling rolls and use that pad for when I ride and compete side saddle;). Great products overall. I used the trifecta pad under my SS in the picture included:)

I trust the ThinLine brand and appreciate the product testing they do. This is a well made high quality item! Keeping it clean is a little challenging, but my saddle covers most of it. I only wish the brown had been in stock when I ordered it.

If I’m paying all that money for a pad I want it to fit under my saddle. So I returned it. Fit is more than about length. Thinline should make a pad option that fit a jumping CC saddle.

I’ve had a lameness exam, x rays, chiropractor, physiotherapist, two different saddle fitters and three saddles and scoped for ulcers. Everyone says her back is fine, but she’s always been super sensitive about pads. In the saddle she’s *mostly* fine, but would still throw a temper tantrum here and there. Bought this pad and the Queen is a different mare! I’m not sure I notice anything different on my end as far as my body aches and pains, but I’ve had none of the crotchety behavior and temper tantrums that I used to get. So I can only guess that this pad is the reason why.

You can really feel the difference in shock absorption with this half pad. I really can’t recommend it enough! I found that it fit very true to size as a medium fit my 17in jump saddle perfectly!

My horses saddle doesn't fit too well so I really wanted a half pad that was shimable and still had cushion in the areas with no shims. This pad is perfect for that! I got the white color so I could use this for shows with my shaped pad and it looks great. I wipe it down after every ride just because it does get dirty on the cotton part. besides that, this pad is gorgeous and works well.
