Sure Foot Equine Balance Pads are for use with the patented SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program® developed by Wendy Murdoch. This Program is a progressive system of offering a variety of unstable surfaces to the horse. The Half Physio Sure Foot Pad is designed to help support function and mobility of your horse and may help improve posture and proprioception. The Half Physiopad may encourage a sense of calm and relaxation in horses.
The Half PhysioPad is the most versatile of all the SURE FOOT Pads and a great place to start. It can be especially useful as an introduction to the Sure Foot program or to balance pads. The Half Physio Pad may also be ideal for horses who have difficulty picking up their feet as the pad has a lower profile of 1.5"
The double-sided Half Physiopad was specifically designed for farriers and trimmers, to help horses stand in comfort and stability during hoof care. The Half Physio pad helps support a safer environment for your horse, horse handlers and hoof care providers.
The Half PhysioPad is also popular among equine professionals for use before and during treatments such as acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, myofascial release, and other modalities and can be used post- session to help encourage relaxation.
The Half PhysioPad is the only SURE FOOT Pad made with a combination of two materials and either surface may be used. The one-inch Hard side will give slowly, similar to the HARD Pad. The ½ inch Medium side is a bit softer. The Half Physiopad is packaged individually and comes with a Warranty Card Registration Form and QR code for immediate access to the Sure Foot Equine website for online
registration and education.

Before using SURE FOOT Equine Balance Pads, it is strongly recommend that the Quickstart Guide is reviewed prior.
When using SURE FOOT Pads to your horse:
- Use caution when first offering Pads - make sure your horse is comfortable with them.
- Use your foot to position Pads and keep your hands/feet away from hooves.
- To start with, have your horse in an open space (like an arena) and on a lead rope.
- Allow your horse to walk off the Pad if he needs to move.
- Observe your horse’s response as a guide to how to proceed.

Note: SURE FOOT Equine Balance Pads are a tool to benefit your horse. Though durable, just like your other equipment they will show wear and tear. Nicks, tears, and cuts are considered normal and do not alter the effect of the Pads in any way.
Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the SURE FOOT Equine Stability Program® before using SURE FOOT Pads with your horse. Always check with your veterinarian before using SURE FOOT Pads for any health-related conditions. Have your horse on a lead when using SURE FOOT Pads instead of on crossties. Do not leave horse unattended while using Sure Foot Pads.
