Best Light Winter Gloves for the Money!
I dislike bulky winter gloves. They are too cumbersome to ride and work in. These gloves are 100% cotton and fleece-lined. They are warm without the bulk. I also tend to like my gloves to be roomy and not tight. That way there is more moving room. I ride western and these gloves are perfect!. The price is amazing. The quality is amazing. They fit great and are warm. They have the sticky pimple palm and fingers for the all-important grip on the reins. The velcro at the wrist keeps the gloves in place and keeps out the weather. I not only use these SSG Fleece Lined Winter Gripper SSG Riding Gloves for riding. I use them for grooming and work gloves. I also use them to take the dogs for a walk. The raised grips also help with the grip on the dog leashes. They also come in 6 sizes, xxs to xl. I have machine-washed them a few times on gentle. I air dry them. They keep their shape and wash really well. I would totally recommend them to anyone who rides in inclement weather.

Fleece Lined Winter Gripper gloves
I bought these for my daughter because she lost one of the first pair I purchased! They are warm, comfortable, and easy to ride in, They hold up very well and don't rip or become holey. They fit true to size and have held up well throughout the seasons dealing with mud and snow. Definitely worth the price as well.

Great Feel! Lacks Warmth
I thought I would try these gloves because of the price. They have a nice feel to them. They seem sturdy, good grip, and have a medium feel (definitely not bulky, but not like normal summer gloves either). They really did not keep my hands that warm. I have other non riding gloves that seem to work better, but I use these for below freezing temperatures. When it gets closer to zero I use my other gloves otherwise I cannot really tell a difference between no gloves and these gloves after a certain point. Basically keep the wind off your hands, but they do not retain heat. I also have very long fingers (I am abut 6') and these fit great in the large.

Nice Grip for a good price
They are much warmer than the standard work gloves that I wear in winter. They have a very good grip, but feel bigger especially at the fingers. I can't really comment on the durability because I have only worn them for a month - no wear or tear so far.

These gloves are great!!
Great winter gloves for the price. These are thick and have kept my hands warm so far in the cold Wisconsin weather. They appear as though they will hold up well and you truly cannot beat the price. I would definitely buy another pair. They do run a bit small though-I sized up and i’m glad I did!

Not great
Probably be better, had they fit. The sizes run small, and these barely get on my hands. I had no choice but to use them (it's in the teens here), so I just ordered another set of gloves, and kept the size in mind. THEY fit. Wish I had done the same for the clothes.

Poorly handcrafted
I haven't used them yet, but one can see that they were poorly made and will not last one season.

Good for late fall trail rides, nice fleece lining. A little bulky around the little finger. Good value for price!

Should be great for winter ahead.
With cold weather just around the corner, I wanted a pair of gloves for doing chores with, maybe even riding in. These fit well and should do the trick. I haven't put them through the test yet which is why I pick good for the ratings instead of excellent.

Great for chores.
I use these during all the frigid cold snaps below 30. They are warm and durable. These are too loose for riding. Also, I prefer leather for riding. They run large. I usually wear a size 8. I had to cut the tips of the fingers off to get rid of the extra stuff.

Warm, flexible nice palms fingers.
I like there gloves because I cans hand wash them. They have grip and I can even use a liner. I wish they were a little longer in the wrist for cold weather. Great price.

Washable
Bought this for winter riding. These gloves would be better for fall riding when the weather is cold but not freezing. These gloves are a little tight in the fingers and while spreading my fingers...and I went up a size. They don't keep my hands as warm as I thought they would. However, they do not feel too bulky while gripping the reins.

Keepa my hands super warm!
These gloves are super soft on the inside. They keep my hands warm while I'm riding and doing different barn chores. I was worried they were going to be cheaply made, and not that warm because they are such an affordable price - but I was wrong! They're a great buy!

Odd fit
I had high hopes for these gloves based on the reviews, but they are not cut correctly. The thumb hole is huge (circumstance) and about 1/2 inch longer than my thumb. The rest of the fingers fit, so why the thumb is cut so oddly is beyond me. Full disclosure, I do have a normal sized thumbs, so I would think this would be a problem for many.

Great Riding Gloves!
These gloves are a must have for winter riding! Not only does the fleece lining keep my hands warm, but the pebbled grips help to get a better hold of the reins.

Warm and cheap, but bulky fingers
These were bought on a whim as schooling gloves, and they do a great job of keeping my hands warm during our mild winters. My main complaint is that the fingers run long, which makes buckling bridles and such a pain. This was easily fixed by sewing a new seam across the tops of the fingers and cutting off the excess material. They aren't the nicest, but I'm hard on gloves and didn't want to spend a small fortune on a new pair.

Warm and durable. Great Value
I have been using these for barn chores in the colder mornings and they have been holding up well. Great value. Because of the liner, they are a bit clunky/thick if you are trying work with small objects or tasks. Easy to take on and off so not really a big issue. Grippers are handy. So far so good!
