Lightweight, but no snapping sound
it's lightweight, but it does not make a crack sound. Only a swishing sound. No matter how much wrist action you give it, there is no snap.

Decent schooling whip at a great price
Love that it is red- can find it better when I set it down- fairly lightweight- not too long- definitely great for lessons

Color incorrect and poor quality
The color is brown (not red) and the stick had splintered and has sharp plastic sticking out. Disappointing quality control..

Finally found what I need!
I have been trying various lunge whips, carrot sticks, you name it for over 15 years. I am pretty sure I could have avoided elbow surgery if I had used this whip from the beginning. It is lightweight, the perfect length to keep my mare in the right spot on the lunge line so that I can actually stand still. And, you absolutely cannot beat the price. Impressive! Not sure how durable it will be, but for the price I can easily replace.

So light!
I'm thrilled with how light this whip is while still having a long enough lash. And I love the burgundy color!

Great dog training/playing aid!
I bought this a month ago after observing dog trainers using this type of whip to let dogs give chase. I attached a rope toy to the end and let the dog chase it in a large circle. She's happy, and eventually exhausted. The idea is to teach her to disengage with the toy so that she will also release real critters if she catches them. She caught both a rabbit and chipmunk a few days before I bought the whip. So far, no new conquests and she's able to play chase with me.

Love this whip
Bought one for myself and loved it. So did the stable owner where I board my horse. So I bought him one as a gift.
