Ceramic particles in its ThermoBalance® fabric absorb body heat and reflect it back to your horse as soothing far infrared rays, making the sheet a must-have for all disciplines and activity levels. These rays penetrate beneath the skin to activate blood flow, which may help decrease inflammation. The ceramic-infused textile is strategically placed over the chest, shoulders, back, and hindquarters to warm up and rejuvenate key muscle areas. Excellent for older arthritic horse
I purchased this for my older ASB who has some neck arthritis due to her years as a buggy horse. I've noticed she is less stiff in the mornings after wearing this overnight. It's a great sheet to layer under winter blankets, in the stall, and to wear on its own after a workout.
If this came in pony sizes, I would 100% purchase them for my other horses.

Therapeutic benefits and great quality
I bought the SmartTherapy ThermoBalance mesh sheet for my 19 yo show horse to help with stiffness in colder weather. I use it pre and post rides and look forward to using it well into warmer weather thanks to the breathable mesh on the belly. Great quality and my boy seems to enjoy the extra circulation it creates!

Noticed an Immediate Improvement
Brought a SmartTherapy Ceramic sheet from Equine Affaire on November 2021 and tried it on my OTTB gelding the very next day as we were tacking up. He has started to show some cold backed tendencies as New England is hitting colder temps consistently, and after some conversation and research, the ceramic sheets were the most approachable suggestion. Within a few minutes of wearing his new sheet, my guy was standing relaxed and easy on the cross ties, with far fewer faces about the pressure of brushes or me fussing about doing his leg stretches.
Having used Back on Track products before, I am actually more impressed by SmartTherapy. The fit is better up front (no shoulder gussets to open), and it seems to be more noticably impactful to my horses. Highly recommend.

Affordable Ceramic Sheet w/ Great Features!
I have had BoT mesh sheets for my horses for a while now and had been totally sold on the ceramic therapy tech. When my mare's BoT sheet recently ripped and the company was still on hiatus, I started looking for a comparable replacement. I immediately thought of the SmartTherapy sheet as I have always been very happy with SmartPak and their products. I also have the fleece quarter sheet from the SmartTherapy line and really appreciate the price point for the quality for the ceramic infused products so I went ahead and ordered their mesh sheet. My biggest reservation with this was the netted sides rather than the ceramic mesh all the way around, I understand this is so that the sheet can be used in the warmer months, but I previously have only use my ceramic sheets spring-fall. I cannot yet speak to how it will be in the heat but I am curious to see how it performs in the summer. My mare lives out 24/7 and wears the sheet under her turnout sheet/blankets to keep her muscles warm and loose without adding extra bulk. I have not had any issues with the netted sides underneath her turnout clothes and am very happy about that so far. The sheet does seem to have the same warming abilities as other ceramic infused products despite the netted sides as it hits most major muscle groups. I have been very pleased with it's functionality! My mare wears a 75", which is what I ordered. I do feel it is a tad large but having a larger range of adjustability in the chest is a great feature of this sheet and allows it to work well for her regardless, plus I love the quick clips! Between the features, quality, and price - I would not hesitate to buy more SmartTherapy products.

All the Features Needed in a Therapeutic Sheet!
This SmartTherapy Mesh Sheet is the perfect balance of warmth and breathability. I love the therapeutic benefits it provides over my horse's topline, and I often use this sheet before and after our rides. My horse is older and I definitely notice a positive difference in his muscle comfort and warm-up time on those chilly winter days when he wears this sheet while I'm grooming and tacking up. The open mesh under the belly is perfect for breathability and helping a warm horse to cool down after riding. This sheet features quick-clips, making it super easy to put on and take off, and the rear leg straps help to hold it in place. The durability has been great; my horse has even worn this under his turnout sheet overnight and it has held up wonderfully! I found this to fit very true to size to my horse's other sheets and blankets. The last awesome feature is the option to attach the SmartTherapy Neck Rug so my horse's entire body can benefit from this ceramic therapy!

So far so good!
I bought this after using a back on track back pad on my 20 yr old driving horse. He has SI issues among a few other things. Work always helps him feel better so I wanted the blanket to help him be more comfortable starting out. The ceramic fiber heats up nicely and I feel this blanket is very beneficial

Love it! But would make one change
Fits great and works well! I bought this to replace my tattered up BOT and I love it… BUT the neck could be better, it is a little short on all of mine and slides down and you attach it to their halter it gets too tight for them to reach down and eat hay or graze. Otherwise it gets a 10/10!

Great for warm weather
Fit is much better than the back on track mesh sheet and can be used in much higher temps. Covers all the important parts with the therapy material and the mesh part makes it so much cooler. My only problem with the sheet in the middle straps attach to the mesh and aren't fairing well. Three out of the four attachment places have ripped away from the mesh. The rest of the sheet has worn very well.

I've used back on track for my cold sensitive PSSM horse for a while, but here in Texas it can get super hot and humid and I was worried about the heavier therapy blankets being too much at certain times of year.
This sheet is perfect! & every bit as quality as the Back on Track brand itself.

Outstanding Product/price
Great purchase, great price, will probably buy one for my other horse. Was looking for a Therapy sheet that I could leave on over night in hot temps. This one works fabulous and even in higher temps (90s) the horse wasn't sweaty the next morning. Runs a bit large.
