Why We Love This
Ceramic particles in the SmartTherapy® ThermoBalance® Ceramic Hock Wraps penetrate beneath the skin to activate blood flow, which may help decrease inflammation and increase mobility in the hocks. These wraps are made from ThermoBalance® fabric that absorbs body heat and reflects it back to your horse as soothing far infrared rays, making these hock wraps great for any discipline or activity level. They may also be especially beneficial for stiff horses or those in heavy work. Hock wraps feature elastic straps with Velcro closures. Machine wash in cold water, line dry. Sold in pairs.

Awesome fit!
I bought these about 3 weeks ago and I love them they stayed on and in place, also cured excess joint fluid from a bone chip. Ordered a 2nd pair, also I was able to use the right on her left when she muddied up the left boot.

Two starts only because they are well made
Before trying on the horse I used it for my knee, spend 30 min in them - zero warmth. I bought previously ceramic wraps from another brand - and it’s like from 10 to 0 for SmartPak. They are still hock boots but they are made from neoprene - not sure may be not enough ceramic fibres - but I don’t see the reason using them prior the winter rides on arthritic horse.

Great fit
Bought for my Senor horse who has pressure sore on her hock. This did the trick to protect while she lays down at night. She seems very comfortable with the boot. Good value.

Helped my horse's recovery!
I bought these to help with a hock injury and they did not disappoint. My horse is doing well, and I continue to use them after hunting or long rides to help keep good blood flow to his hocks.
