Strange fit
I love the look of the boots and the price is right. Plus I got mine personalized with my mares name and it is adorable. However they are a little big even going with the smallest size and when putting them on, in order to get them snug enough I have to pull a little harder than usual and ut pulls the boot around too much and so I have to be careful not to shift them too much.

Nice but run big
From reading other reviews I was pretty sure they would be big and they are but they still fit my 15.2 h Arab gelding. If you made these in small you would have a million dollar item .my horse likes these far better than the neoprene boots I had. Easier to apply. So yes they are big but for the price they are awesome!!

Weird Fit
I think for the price these boots are decently made, but wasn't crazy about the fit. I bought the size my mare normally wears in her other boots and the front was slightly large and the back was slightly too small. I felt like if i went a different size they wouldn't work at all. These did there job for a good schooling boot

Nice sport boot for the cost
We have several pair at our barn at this point to the extent that we are customizing them so we can quickly identify which boots belong w which horse! Wash well. Sizing is only downside however. Large and Med Hinds are same height and only differ in circumference.

Eh
I bought these in front and hind boots for my horse to have on during turnout, as he likes to bang his legs on things. I like them, but they always come off during turn out and the velcro wraps too far around the leg to fully connect. He thought that the velcro not connecting was awesome and chewed the straps off the front ones. Would probably be fine just to ride in, but do not recommend buying these as turn out boots.

Great Boots
Got these boots to use for a show and then everyday work and they are easy to put on and stay in place while my horse is exercising. Highly recommend!

No durability.
About six months ago, I bought two fronts and two hinds while the buy-one-get-one deal was on. Since then, I have ridden in them maybe twice per month, typically for important lessons when I want to look fancy. I have washed them maybe once each month, but probably not even that often -- and starting around Christmas I thought that the stitching around the bottom edge of the faux sheepskin lining was looking weak. I didn't inspect the stitching more closely, though, and I should have done. The stitching has now completely come apart from the entire bottom edge of each hind boot!! Attached photos show the problem. My horse can interfere a little when he's being lazy, and I recognize that they were REALLY cheap boots even before the sale, but I can't deny how disappointed I am. I have used these boots maybe 15 times total, and I already have to re-stitch them myself (or hotglue them or something??). Next time, I'll make sure to buy higher quality boots. This is really unacceptable.

Great Boots
These boots are perfect every day leg protection boots. I made the switch from neoprene lined to fleece lined, and worried about the washability of the boots after use. These boots have held up wonderfully to weekly machine washings, air drying, and weekly use. The only thing I can't get off of the boots is the red paint from a cavelletti. I'll take what I can get! ;-) These are a great boot for the value, especially if you can get them when Smartpak runs their "exclusive to smartpak" sales. Totally worth it! I have a set of 4.

Flexible Support
I am pleased that the SmartPak Sport Boot gives soft , flexible support. Some other brands do not conform to the horse's legs, but these do.

Nice and supple
I have had these boots for two years now and use them on multiple horses a day. They have held up great and clean up nicely after putting them through the wash. They are supple so they are not bulky and fit the horses legs well.

Sizing is off
Really like the quality and price of these boots, but the mediums are just way too big. I have a 15 hand horse and the medium fronts fit barely, but the hinds are too long. Would love if they came out with a size small as I have two other small horses I’d buy them for!

Great boot
Its hard for me to give these a fair rating since we have only used these once so far. My farrier, who is also a trainer, indicated that I should have these. I don't compete with my QH but I do lung him often. They are a good quality and 90% of my smartpak products are great. I think for the price they are reasonable.

Wish they washed better
I bought these boots a month or so ago and have really liked them, the velcro is strong, they dont slip, and fit well. However, I machine washed them once and the black faded to a royal blue color, disappointed they didn't last longer.

Too Bad...
I have Been using the white pair for 2yrs and they have held up and washed great. I bought the black pair and they washed horribly. Faded to a splottchy navy blue and the fleece made a mess and is stuck all in the Velcro. These will be going back.

Great value!
I have always used polo wraps, but my weekly laundry was a huge tangled mess, so I decided to give the boots a try. So far, I have been able to brush the sweaty mud off of the fleece with a stiff brush, and have rinsed them with a high powered sprayer once.

Easy to apply.
Bought these to use on my 2 Dressage horses. I set in medium (for a 16H) and 1 set in large.(for a 16.3 H). They fit perfectly and are easy to apply. Also easy to clean which is a big plus!!

Good boots to have around the barn but run large
Can't say anything about how they hold up as they weren't on the horse for very long as they run large and were a bit big on her, but I'm keeping them around because they're close enough to fitting her that I'm hoping she'll grow into them by the time she matures and I otherwise like them. They don't strike me as anything particularly special, but they're quick and easy to put on, lined to avoid rubbing, and seem like a solid pair of generic horse boots to have on hand.

Comfortable, smart, easy to clean.
Don't necessarily listen to reviews which say these run large! Medium fronts overlap just a hair on my 17h (admittedly slender) TB, but don't quite close around his hind legs. I probably would have been fine ordering medium fronts and large hinds, which is what I'd intended to do before reading the reviews. :) Oh well! These boots are very soft inside, with a strong but flexible protective shell, and clean up almost to like-new in the washing machine. Love them! Will definitely order again once these ones kick it, but I've only had them for about 3 weeks. Not sure on long-term sturdiness.

Great boots!
Great boots! I have a short stout horse and these work well for him as they fit around better than most brands. The medium was perfect. So glad to know these will work. They have more circumference than DSB and Dover.

Great boots!
I have purchased five pairs of these boots; they are awesome, especially for the price (and extra-especially for the super-sale price! It's a steal!). I like these much better than the comparable Dover Pro Sport Boots; these are a bit softer and more flexible, which I prefer. Both these and the Dover version seem to be trying to mimic the Heidi boots; I think these come closer, but are thinner. They clean up very well on the outside and fairly well on the inside - to clean them, I just velcro two boots together with the inside facing out and throw them in the washer. They seem to err on the side of running big and a bit long for the rear boots, but offensively so. My horses wear the same size in these boots as they do in Veredus, EquiFit, and Majyk Equipe (and the Dover version). When not looking to spend $70+ for one pair of boots, this is always my first recommendation.
