Smells great!
I ordered this thinking I would use it on my horse but when I opened it and put some on my wrists to smell it, I decided to keep it for myself. Not only does it smell great, it is moisturizing also. I love using it on dry areas such as elbows but I also love putting on my pulse points at bedtime.

Perfect for faces, belly and teats
I was recommended this by a friend, she just raved about how good it worked. I gave it a try and I’m doing the same thing! Perfect for around eyes and ears, I have had any flys near their faces after applying. Even keeps the little black flies off the belly swirls and away from teats and sheaths. I love it!

Miracle balm
I bought this thanks to SmartPaker Jenna’s favorite things list, hoping it would help my boy’s belly hotspots. On a whim, I rubbed it on my wrists at bedtime and goodness! I was so relaxed and slept so well. I‘ve been carrying back and forth from the barn- a swipe on the pony’s belly hot spots, and swipes for me. I think it’s time for a second tube!

How did I live without this?
I bought this on a whim on sale and it came today. I happened to scrape the skin off the back of my knuckles opening a supplement tub and they were burning but one quick swipe with this and the scrapes soothed immediately and the redness was gone within an hour. I also just introduced my young horse to a new crowd of friends and things got rowdy so when I brought him in he had multiple patches of missing hair and several superficial scrapes. I had been putting fura ointment on him for these, but it's so messy and runny so today I just swiped this across each scrape easy peasy no mess. He liked the smell and when I did barn check the whole barn smelled amazing. Highly recommend for ease of use, ability to soothe and quick no mess application!

Great product, wish it came without lavendar also
I really love this product. It works fantastic to stop rubs from girth or boots in all kinds of trails conditions. It holds up well in warm and cold weather, and is super easy to apply with the deodorant style applicator. My only complaint would be because of the lavender (which smells wonderful) I cannot use it during endurance riding competitions as it is a banned substance. I really wish I could because it so great otherwise so I wish Smartpak would make a version without lavender.

Smells amazing!
This product smells amazing! To be honest, I haven't found a ton of uses for it yet other than on myself, but I imagine you can use it for all sorts of things. I'm just not very creative! I did put some on a spot where my horse scratched off a bunch of hair to soothe and moisturize. Just handy to have this around the barn.

It works!
I bought this with skepticism as I have tried multiple products through the years to help alleviate the itching due to the noseeums on the underside of my horse. With just a mere two swipes in each hotspot he no longer itches and he has not chewed himself raw! I have tried various barriers such as diaper ointment, SWAT, alushield, aloe vesta, all with various flaws in performance. I love the idea that it works with no mess, and no harmful chemicals!

Sooo Calming
I use lavender to calm myself and when I saw this I figured I would try it on my OTTB when we go to show, clinics and hunter paces. Well it worked like a charm. My hunter pace team GFW saw me use it at our first outing and tried it too. They are now believers.

Mare loves to smell the lavender
Seems to repel flies on back/spine, chest, and underbelly. Not sure how long effect lasts though but I'll keep using it on those areas. Balm is a little loose and have had a small piece break off.

I stole it from my horses!
I love & use essential oils for everything! Horses included! We turned 6 mares out on 9 acres for the summer & I was worried they would get sweet itch & nasty goopy tummies from the bugs. I saw this balm & thought how perfect it would be in case I needed to sooth their skin. The ingredients in this balm are great. Sure easier than me trying to "make" something. The price was less than I could make something for & I sure don't have a lot of time. WELL it never made it to the mares. Thankfully they have been great, and really didn't need it. I have sensitive skin. Get itchy underarms from shaving & sweating & have to be so careful on what I use for deodorant. This works AMAZING! I also use it for a nice "perfume". and it is so soft I love how it feels. I could go on & on. I hope you never stop selling this.

I love this balm all the ingredents are amazing and put together in one balm makes thid an easy choice! I have used it since it first came out, I use it on cuts, scrapes, bites, fly prevention on my horses faces. In the winter great for my hands. Also great on sunburn horses and humans. Now Im even using it on my Chickens when they have loss of feathers works awesome and keeps tge other hens from peaking at her bald spots! Thanks for coming out with such a great NATURAL product!!

Amazing little balm
This utility balm not only smells great. Yes my horse requires me allow him smell it each time before use, but also works great! My gelding swells up from bug bites very badly, with swelling and after effects sometimes lasting not only days but months. This balm will take down the swelling in hours so you almost can't see the bite at all. I have tried everything including prescription topicals and giving him dex with no avail. But this works great, it's all natural and he really likes it. I have also used it on chapped, dry skin on my dog with good results. Thank you Smartpak

Horse with skin sensitivity to nats
This seems to work on my mare to keep the nats and biting flies off. I rub it on her legs, belly and face. She is much happier with less scrapes from itching on bushes. Not sure if its the wax or lavender or both. I do know lavender oil on red ant bites stops the itch asap. So I use it on both horses now in sensitive areas. Neither objects and it has been too hot for fly masks and covers.

Great product!
I love this stuff! The smell is heavenly and it actually works to heal cuts and scrapes pretty quickly. My mare managed to scratch a chunk out of the underside of her jaw somehow during turnout, and I just applied this stuff to the hairless wound and within a couple days it was healed and the hair was already growing back!

Great idea, failed to meet expectations
The description sounded like a great product. My mare needs something to soothe bug bites and other irritations on her neck and mid line. Unfortunaely the balm brought no relief. In fact it was pretty messy which lead to a bath to get the stickiness cleaned off her. I tried it on bites on my arm and experienced nothing. It does have a nice smell but served no purpose for me.
