Does the job at a great price
Love that this girth wicks away sweat to stay cool. Washes easily (I wash on delicate and hang to dry) and holds up well. They don't last forever but they are priced accordingly. I've never had one fail (elastic or buckle) but when the fleece starts to look really shabby I replace with new.

DOES NOT HAVE FLEECE LINING
I was buying this girth hopefully to use as a schooling girth for my horse. I was wanting one that was lined with fleece as he is very sensitive skinned and gets rubs easily. The dri lex lining I thought was just a special fleece, but it's actually a cloth. I never used it due to this but thought I would let other reviewers know. It's a very soft cloth (that could get snagged rather easily I would think), and probably would have worked for my horse, but the girth was too small (my fault, horse was in between sizes when ordering and I ordered down a size but he then gained weight).

Easy to clean!!
I bought this girth because my Harold was getting some rubs from our fancy leather girth. The rubs have stopped since I switched and he isn't as cranky when I tack up anymore. This girth cleans up great too! I just wash it on hand wash and hang it to dry. Great purchase!!

Durable and looks nice!
This is my second purchase of this girth. My last one has had heavy use in the past year and even though it is still going strong, it looks too dingy for the show ring. The quality girth you are getting for the money is excellent. Perfect for home use, but nice enough for the local/regional level show ring.

Seems to be a very comfortable girth for my horse!
This girth is very soft and the edges are lined in fleece. The actual middle of the girth is a very soft fabric. This fit perfectly and I love the elastic on both ends. Another fantastic SmartPak product!

Economic but flashy!

Great, soft girth
Got this girth because my horse was getting big lumps from his soft, calfskin girth (which was very expensive and supposed to relieve those things!). Works great, true to size. No lumps. I've had these before and they last about a season for foxhunting (which is a LOT of muddy hours). Great girth. Will probably buy again when this one wears out.

Wonderful girth and great price
Very happy with this girth. The lining is super soft and I'm sure my horse thanks me for it. I did order a little small as I did not allow for the padded lining, but it works well.

I really like this girth. The buckles feel sturdy and it's soft. I was a bit surprised by the fact that the fleece lining doesn't seem to extend behind the girth entirely (it appears to when it's on, but there's a gap in the middle). But overall, the horse doesn't mind it and it was a great value!

comfortable girth at a great price, dries fast
My thoroughbred horse seems more comfortable in this girth then the neoprene lined one that I was using. The lining is softer then his old girth without the bulk of some fleece girths. It also air dries fairly quickly when compared to more traditional fleece linings. The elastic and buckles seem strong. I have not washed it yet but I expect it to wash well.

Too short!
I bought this girth in a 56 to replace my previous 54 that was too small, but it was the same length (longer fuzzy part, but shorter elastics). I returned this item.

Favorite girth!
I bought this girth to replace the fleece one that I had purchased at Dover. I absolutely love it. It fits my horse so well and the hair doesn't stick to it like my old girth. I have also gotten lots of compliments on it- even from my trainer. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Nice girth!
Bought this at customer service rep's suggestion and am really pleased! Not normally a fan of fleece girths, this one has a nice wicking material and soft fleece edges. Very comfortable and doesn't get nubby like a lot of fleece girths do. Washes great. Would definitely buy again.

I bought this girth for my quarterhorse mare who runs hot even in the winter. Other fleece girths that I have tried always are wet in the morning after a hard ride the day before but this girth is always dry when I come the next day. Very good quality but runs a little small.

Great "fuzzy" Girth
Originally bought the Smartpak Neoprene girth, but my sensitive OTTB's skin wasn't having it. So with the wonderful help from Smartpak's customer service, we switched it to this girth because we felt it would be better on his sensitive skin. Completely love this girth! I find that it runs true to size, and I can't really comment on durability, but it appears that it will last a long time! Another great product by Smartpak!

Nice looking and comfortable
I got this girth for my horse's hunter show, and it worked out great. It looked neat, my horse seemed to like it, and firm elastic is great. After washing in my washing machine, it came out so good, too. Now I am going to use it for our daily riding, too.

Nice Girth
My horse wants to be able to move and breath easily over a jumping course. Having the elastic at both ends meets both of those requirements. I like the Dri-Lex lining better then full fleece. It is earsier to clean, dries faster and breathes better. I also use it on my sidesaddle. It keeps the saddle snug without having to overtighten.
