Runs small
I ordered three cob size fly masks of three different brands to find my new favorite. This is a nicely made mask, but it is the one cob size that is too small. The ears and face are fine, but the large Velcro tab has just one inch overlap, not enough to keep it on and secure. I have Connemara ponies and would need a large to fit the jaw.

Fly Masks Par Excellence
I have purchased 3 masks and am delighted with the durability. The light color is appreciated in warm temps. Also the extra wide strap hold them on better than any mask I have purchased. The price is great and the horses seem comfortable. Only unhappy are the flies.

Classic Fly Mask
Mask interferes with eye feelers (aka like vibrassi on the muzzel) by bending them. Not enough room around the eyes. Anyone stupid enough to clip eye feelers for show is asking their horse to have an accident.

Great fly mask
I always purchase smart pak brand items, the quality is always great and you can’t beat the price. This fly mask is built very well and has a nice large Velcro closure to keep the flys out. Can’t beat it!
Haven’t had it for a full season so I can’t comment on the durability but by feeling the material and seeing how it’s built I’m sure I won’t be disappointed

Loveee this!!!
I bought this mask for my gelding in 2017. It has been through 2 long fly seasons and has held up great! It fits my warmblood gelding great, except the ears are a little big for him so the tips flop over a little, but I'd much rather have the ears too big than too small. The velcro seems very strong and after 2 seasons I have NO rips in the mask at all. Overall I would definitely recommend this fly mask to anyone looking for a simple mask that will hold up for multiple seasons

Great fly mask!
I've been looking for a new fly mask ever since Farnam changed their design on their supermasks. Most masks either have elastic on the strap that stretches out over a few weeks and then is impossible to keep on, or just fit the face and ears poorly. This mask fits wonderfully, has quality velcro, and stays on!

I love the extra eye space on these masks. They fit well on 3 different horses and stayed out on my "not gonna wear a fly mask" horse.
They laundered well so far. The velcro is very strong! Highly recommend giving these a try. I was not disappointed! Can't speak to their durability just yet.

Poorly made ears
When I first purchased this fly mask I was impressed with what seemed to be durable material. The throat latch worked really well and secured the fly mask, but sadly I find that the material used for the ears is not that durable. I have already had to repair the ears multiple times and the fly mask its self has been used maybe less then 6 months. I have other fly masks that i have purchased years ago that are in slightly better condition. Over all I think its a great product but the ears need to be made of more durable material.

I think the quality and large velcro seem great but one size was WAY too small and the other size was HUGE. :( Thankfully was able to find someone at my barn who would be able to use the large size.

Fit as expected, very happy
I bought 2 of these because I was so confused on actual sizing... Turns out, the cob size fits my 2yr old refined Kwpn and the horse size fit the refined TB mare. The horse size didn't fit the block head QH or the thicker TB. So far the 2yr old hasn't been able to get his off, so I'm happy about that. Best part was the price!
