Not accurate sizing
They're all smaller than advertised.
If you buy, go at Least one full size up. They're short along the spine and short over the body. My guy looks like he's wearing a mini skirt and the clips don't line up with the sheet like they should.

Lousy Closure
It fits nicely into his Smartpak sheet, but the closure on both was not match for his pasture mates.
He wore it twice before they pulled it out from the sheet and destroyed it.

Not worth the risk; fit is weird
Tiny choking hole for the neck, and the 75 fit like a 72 or smaller. The fit is crazy. Had to return.

Variable quality
I have purchased this liner twice. It fit well for my horse and pony. The first one lasted a few years for my horse. But the second one I only used a few times last winter, and it has already ripped beyond repair after two uses this year. I’m not even sure how it could have ripped as it fits well under the blankets. I am blaming the cheeky pony, but will probably stick with Horseware liners after this.

Great quality but odd fit
I really like the quality of these liners! I have benn using these instead of buying new TOs for my lease horse since October of this year and they have held up really well. My only complaint is that the fit is odd, I feel like the neck piece sits too low because of how far they slide down. Cause of this they have caused rubs on my horse’s shoulder even with a shoulder guard. I added a photo of where they sit at on his shoulder.

Great Fit & Quality for Price!
Super blanket liner, especially at this price point. I've always used Horseware Ireland liners, but I decided to give this SmartPak liner a try. It's a great product and the fit is spot-on. I'll confess - I'm using this 100g liner on a freshly-clipped, high-withered senior, and so it's being used under a Horseware Wug sheet on breezy spring days... this doesn't allow it to be "buckled-in" with the velcro security straps on the neckline (so I cannot speak to how it will attach within a Horseware blanket system). Regardless, it's staying in place perfectly so far, and also hasn't rubbed the old man's withers a bit. Highly recommend!

Odd fit, but if you can sew, you can make it work
I purchased this liner in a size 72 for a 14.1 quarter pony. I read the prior reviews about the odd sizing and saw where another reviewer said that smartpak had updated the liner to fit better in the more average sizes. I had my fingers crossed that the size 72 was considered one of the "average" sizes, but alas, it was not. The size 72 blanket liner has the reinforced back seam down the middle of it, which according to other reviewers is the older style. I'm inclined to believe this is true as the fit of this blanket liner is odd. The length of it is perfect and the fill/denier is very nice. In fact, I like the fill/thickness of these liners better then horseware ones, of which I own many. That said, the neck hole is entirely too small. When I attached the velcro it was like my horse was wearing an uncomfortable turtle neck, way too tight. At first I was going to send this back to return it, but after not being able to find a replacement liner in a 200g weight in the size I needed that would arrive in time for the cold weather coming my way, I decided to see if the chest part that is too small could be extended. It was a simple enough fix, just adding some stretchy elastic material to the middle part of the strap that velcro. A bit of cutting and sewing involved, but if you are handy with a sewing machine or know someone who is handy with a sewing machine, this is an under 20 minute sewing job. With the alteration, this liner now fits perfectly and is doing a great job for my horse. So, if you purchase one of these and it is not the newer updated version, the neck opening being too small can be fixed.

Fits great
Bought this for my girl to put under her blanket on cold nights. It fits great and doesn't shift at all!

Mixed Sizing - Poor fit
I purchased this liner is size 78 and size 84. The liners were obviously two different liners. The 78 fits my horse perfectly. I'm impressed with the denier on this liner - it seems to be more substantial and heavier than the Rambo liners.
The 84 was a different story. The 84's neck opening was tiny. Smaller than the 78. There was no way it would have even come close to fitting around my horse. The 84 also had a reinforced seam down the back, the 78 did not.
It seems that Smartpak redesigned this liner. The average sizes (a 78) are shipping the new design. The weird sizes you'll get the old design that doesn't fit at all. I'd say don't risk purchase until Smartpak gets rid of the old design.

Don’t waste your money. Laughable fit.
I was so excited when I saw smartpak had a 100g liner. I have been looking for one all winter and they were always sold out in my horses size or $100+. I was so glad seeing smartpak had one at a decent price. Sadly the price is the only good thing I can say about this liner.
The fit is horrific. I put it on my horse and the neck hole has got to be half the size of a normal blanket neck. I have a narrow shoulder TB gelding who has always been an 81 in almost every blanket I’ve ever put on him. This liner looked like it was going to fit until you get to the neck/shoulder. Leaving the Velcro front closed, the neck sits almost halfway up his neck, making the liner look like it’s made for a high neck turnout. When I undid the Velcro at the front and actually attached the liner to him turnout blanket, there was a gap of about 6-8 inches between the front of the blanket (see the picture).
I will be returning this liner as it is completely unusable.
