Eh - more hype than quality
I had heard a lot of positive things about this product. I found the most disappointing part to be the consistency. The spray comes out so thin and runny that it just drips right off the wound. It does not stick to the would creating a barrier like it says it would. I have another product that is more of a water-based gel and it goes on and stays there to create a barrier and really soak into the wound. This stuff drips down so fast you arent even sure the wound got any of the medicine.

Amazing products!
These products have been life changing at home and at the barn. The silver honey spray is easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and has drastically reduced the healing time for my horse’s wounds, from small scrapes to larger puncture wounds. When my older lab got a nasty hot spot that she made worse by licking I had to try the silver honey ointment and it worked like a dream. No other products seemed to help, but within days this ointment made a drastic improvement. I now keep it around for all of my canine and equine needs!

Saw this being presented at the Equine Affaire, liked what I saw and purchased it to have on hand as a just-in-case. Lucky I did - when my horse seriously cut his leg, we applied the Silver Honey and watched what wonderful progress he made in healing. Barely left a scar.

Works Wonders!
I have used Manuka honey for myself and on my horses, so when this product came out I was super excited to use it. It did not disappoint! It healed my horses's leg gash in as little as 3 uses. Worth every penny.

Must have for the First Aid Cabinet
I've only had one occasion to use this product so far, but based on the results of that experience I'm sold! I like that it is easy to apply via the spray applicator, is not runny and did not sting or discolor the area being treated. Ingredients are exactly what I was looking for and happy to find an effective wound treatment that does not contain hypochlorous acid. I'm very confident that this wound treatment is beneficial to my horses' health.

Will keep on hand at all times
My gelding had a large wound in his abedomen that required 20 stitches (internal and external) the vet had us applying silverspray. I went to get a backup bottle and found this. I immediately began using. It was nice to not have him (and my hands) looking like a tin man. 9n the one week check I showed to the vet and she loved that it was a little runny, letting it get in all the nooks and crannies. We were worried about a section on the flap dyimg back and that didnt happen. I fully credit this silver honey spray for that. We applied 1-2× daily for two weeks, then 1x daily for one week, and now 1x daily every other day until healed. This is a must have in an emergency kit.

I bought this ointment because it sounded so effective in the ad, and just in case... well, the just in case came real soon. My mare developed a bad sore from some kind of bite. I used this ointment a couple of times and voila! Sore was gone. But the true test came after she had colic surgery. I used this ointment on her incision, and real soon, you couldn’t even see where she'd been cut. I have also used it on those hard to heal "summer sores" she gets around her pasterns. I highly recommend this product for any type of wound.

Great Product
Wanted a replacement bottle after treating an ugly wound on my horses's lower leg & witnessing how great this worked. Went from a bone depth laceration to a barely visible mark within 8 weeks (of course, also thanks to my vet and barn manager). Was glad to see that Smartpak carries Silver Honey. Works great for minor cuts/sores/rubs on my own horses.....last veterinary conference I went to the dermatologist said honey and silver are great for dressing wounds - antibacterial, improve healing, and complement each other. I bought both the ointment and the spray!

Amazing product, it really works!!
I bought this about a week ago now and it is truly incredible! I came back from winter break to scratches on my horses left hind and I wasn't even really sure where to start. I did some research and it was kind of all over the place as to what is the best treatment. One of my friends recommended this product so I decided to give it a try. After less than a week of ONLY using this product (ointment), my horses scratches has almost entirely cleared up with just a couple stubborn spots still holding on for dear life. Overall I completely recommend this product (although it is a little pricey) because it really does work and you don't need a thousand products at the same time to make the wound heal!
