Rated 3 out of 5 by Zily from I think it would be great on a thinner horse. It's done what it says, keeps my horse dry and it looks great. There's just a fit issue on my beautifully voluminous quarter horse mare. Her butt stays under and everything fine but it's the front clasps. I got one with the hood and for some reason it's SO tight. I'm not saying this is a bad product, but for some reason it just does not fit my girl. Her neck might be too thick, who knows! But I'd probably steer clear of lower head set/thicker horses like my mare for the hood at least.

It provides more warmth than a sheet for my Thoroughbred and fits him nicely. The 1200D is the same quality as a Rambo that costs twice as much.

Rated 3 out of 5 by dressagenik from An Ok blanket but not the best fit for my Iberian The neck size was tight for my Iberian and the body shaping not very specific so blanket keeps shifting backward. It also runs large which doesn't help. hardware and fabric quality is fine. Delivery was quick which I appreciated. Could use leg straps as tail strap does not adjust and is clumsy to use.

We purchased these because we just bought our farm, and there is no shelter for the horses (next big project). The blankets are heavy duty and keeps the boys dry. I rated a four star because we followed the measurement instructions, but the blankets are a little long from front to back.

She doesn't have much of a natural winter coat so this blanket works great for days when she doesn't need a mid-weight or heavy blanket. Lovely color! Fits her well and I can adjust it down to fit a smaller horse if needed. Seems to be holding up well but our horses aren't rough on blankets.

I purchased two for two of my older boys to replace their older weatherbeetas but after one week I had to get the old blanket back out for one. Both belly buckles broke! I have never had this trouble before and thought this was a better quality blanket I would definitely not recommend or buy again. Also the chest buckled do not adjust like other blankets.
