Amazing for ouchy soles and hoof bruises
My 16 year old mare has always had thin soles and low heels. We do a mix of dressage and trail riding, and normally she’s always ready to go. This spring we’ve been dealing with a stubborn hoof bruise that barely heals and then gets aggravated again. We live an area where rocks are impossible to avoid. I had tried several other hoof boots, and all had some problem…too bulky, rubbed her heel bulbs, hard to get on. My farrier recommended scoot boots and I wish I’d discovered them sooner. I call these her magic go-go boots. On the first ride wearing them, my horse was more comfortable than she’s been in months. I have my forward energetic girl back! The clean up is easy, just hose the boots off after a ride. The sizing chart was accurate, just follow the instructions for measuring

Worth Every Penny!
Situation: My barn doesn't allow hind shoes during the winter. My clydesdale/TB needs the support of a shoe due to his big body, and relatively small feet (16.2, wears an 87" blanket and is an eventer). He quickly goes lame if left barefoot.
Location: St Paul Minnesota.- We've had minimal snow this winter and the horses have been living on frozen, lumpy ground. My horse lives outside 24/7, so conditions are tough for his feet.
Results: Outstanding! My horse has been sound all winter thanks to these boots. My farrier help fit the boots and there's no rubbing, chaffing, or thrush. I've even been riding in them since our indoor arena is fairly shallow. My horse is very sensitive and quits the moment he feels mildly uncomfortable. I'm impressed by how well he rides in these boots!
Additional: (1) The boots stayed on really well! He did loose them a few times when we had deep snow, or deep mud. I left him barefoot in these cases since the ground was soft, and I didn't want to risk loosing a boot. (2) The boots are hard to get on at first, especially when it's cold out, but you eventually get the hand of it. (3) Finding the right fit was probably my biggest obstacle. I ended up ordering several sizes and had my farrier pick the correct one. He was 100% correct with the size chosen.
These boots have been a life saver for my horse and for my mental health!

The Only Hoof Boot I Recommend
There are so many reasons why I love Scoot Boots so here is a list:
1. Durability - I ride some pretty rugged terrain for many hours in the mountains and these give me traction and peace of mind protection for my horse's feet. I am just now replacing my horse's front pair of boots after 3 years which is equal to hundreds of miles.
2. Adjustability in fit - I tried for many years all the other trendy hoof boots and had issues with rubs, rotating, and holding debris because they weren't snug enough. Once you have the correct setup for your horse with Scoot Boots it's like a second hoof skin.
3. Ease of use - once you get the hang of your horse's set up, putting the boots on takes 10 minutes - tops! Then after the ride, you just take them off and hose them! Very easy to maintain and use.
I honestly rarely ever recommend any other hoof boot - these are just so amazing.
