Made from a tough combo of 100% micro-fiber fabric that will keep you dry and comfortable all day. The Champion also features “Curve Fit”, a special cut to reduce any “gapping” at the back waist, nipped in at the waist and cut fuller through the seat and thigh. Finally a Fantastic Fit!
I decided to spend a bit more money to purchase a higher quality breech and it was well worth it. For one thing, most of us simply don't have a small, medium, large, etc. body. It's a bit more complicated than that. And I definitely need a long. These breeches are super comfortable and they actually fit me in the waist AND elsewhere. At first I thought the calf was a bit too tight, but the material just seemed to adjust. A 28L was perfect for me and I will definitely order another pair.

I’ve been looking for a flattering pair of breeches that are on the higher waisted side to compliment my hourglass figure, and I’m so glad I tried these! They’re really flattering and the construction/fabric seems high quality and durable. I have not yet worn these breeches repeatedly so I can’t 100% comment on the durability but they seem like they’ll hold up well

I have only had the breeches for a little over a week but they quickly became one of my favorite breeches! I’m 5’3” 140 lbs... I was a little unsure of the sizing so at first I ordered a 30R which were way to big. I reordered in the 28R and they fit perfect!

Best fit for curvy women. I'm 5'5, 170 lbs, typically wear a size 12. The 32's fit like a glove. Pricey but so worth it!

Quality materials, bad fit (for me)
I wanted to like these. They're very well made. But for me, the size 24 was just a bit too tight in the waist (everywhere else was good), and the 26 was too big overall. So these are a no-go for me.

Doesn't work for my shape
I loved the ROMFH International breech so I decided to try these. The fabric is excellent, not too light or heavy, and does seem to repel stains. The navy is very pretty. The fit was off for me - 5'7", 155 lbs, slightly hourglass with heavier legs - tried 30L. I usually wear a size 30 in jeans. There is too much room in the waist, hip and butt area but they fit from the hip down. For me they have a sort of a diaper effect. The waist is definitely higher than the International. I would recommend going a size down from whatever you wear in the International breech. They could also work for more of an apple shape. If they fit, you will love them.

These are the breeches that I have been looking for: affordable, comfortable, repel dirt, well-made and... they fit my curvy backside without gapping! Oh, man, I am so happy with these breeches. I want to oder 5 pairs. So far I just have the dark blue and it is lovely.
If it helps you decide whether these will fit, here are my details: I am 5'8" and about 138 pounds, with a moderately slim waist but curvy thighs and backside. I have long legs and a 28L fit me PERFECTLY. Thank you Smartpak for carrying these!

waaay better fit than Sarafina imho
Love these. Sarafina waistband always rolling to the point I need belt constantly, although very comfy and durable. But these are better. The bordeaux is gorgeous. Just need more colors. These are not high waist to me just regular waist and I am a 5ft 4 in tall short waisted girl. Thanks Romfh !!!!

Great quality and fit
I was surprised at the feel and thinness if the material, not having boughten new breeches in over 20 years for myself. I was a huge HarryHall fan. However, these fit well and I think they'll keep me warm in the fall, early spring too.

Look and feel great.
It's so hard to find breeches that feel great and fit well. Generally breeches that are big enough in the hips and thighs gap in the waist. These fit great and the material is wonderful. I just wish there were more colors.

If you are curvy and hate your breeches gapping...
Look no more curvy gals! I have bought two pairs of these breeches and the fit and quality is above the price point. The higher waist and three button style is flattering AND comfortable on a curvy figure and the roomier thigh area is comfortable in and out of the saddle. I ride and then forget I have them on and start comfortably gardening or doing other yard work...I am not constantly yanking up my pants or wishing I had something mo!re comfortable on. My only complaint is that Smartpak does not carry a 36! I am not really all that fat, but I have a curvy middle-aged figure and there are lots of women out there in that category...Smartpak, carry the 36!

Excellent Breeches!!
I ordered these by mistake, and it turns out they are my favorite pair! I have been searching and searching for a pair that ride above the hips (but not so high they're under my chin) and don't have that gap in the back when you're sitting in the saddle. I'm 5'2" and 143 pounds. My waist is 28" and hips 36". I ordered a size 28. These fit me better than the Sarafina's. My only complaint is that they only come on two colors.

Good fit, comfy
I ordered several different Romfh breeches to see how each style fits. I like the Champion, it is very comfortable. However, it was too large, so I returned it using SmartPak's excellent free return shipping policy. I plan on ordering this in a smaller size. The fabric feels great, and also seems like it will be durable. However, since I have not put the breeches to use, I cannot rate the durability.

Waist Gaps on Slender Curvy Figure
Nice fabric and style. Based on the product description I was hoping these breeches would fit without a gap in the waist band. I'm 5'8" with a slender, curvy figure so ordered my usual 30L. Waist band gap wasn't as bad as many breeches but sadly will need to return.

I'm a 48 yr old mom, who needs a higher rise breech. These are advertised as mid-rise, but feel on the hi-rise side. Somewhat reminiscent of my 1990 jeans. If you don't mind that, they are awesome! Great quality, nice "tack" to the seat. Fuller cut and very flattering in the butt and thighs. Definitely one of my fav pairs. Romfhs makes a very nice breech.
