DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems.
Mix Repel-X®pe Emulsifiable Fly Spray with water at proper dilution. First put the required amount of Repel-X®pe Emulsifiable Fly Spray into sprayer or mixing container. Then add water according to directions, and mix thoroughly before using.
IMPORTANT: Mix fresh solution before each use. Apply with pressure sprayer, or you can sponge it on horses. Make sure animal’s coat is thoroughly wet. Use approximately 8 oz. for each animal depending on size of horse or pony. Avoid getting solution into the animal’s eyes.
To protect horses from Horn Flies, House Flies, Gnats and Mosquitoes apply at a 1 to 7 dilution. Each pint of concentrate makes a gallon of finished spray. Repeat application every 3 or 4 days but not more than one treatment a day. Where Horse Flies, Deer Flies (Tabanids), Stable Flies, Ticks, or Deer Ticks, that may transmit Lyme Disease, are a problem, apply 1 to 4 dilution and repeat as often as needed.

economical fly spray
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fly spray in the concentrate is one of the most economical options. No fly spray beats all the flies, but this helps...and I mix in other stronger generic ingredients as needed. Santa Cruz packaging and shipping is great. I never worry that the fly spray will arrive opened or spilled.

My yearly go to
I buy this every year and watch the flies drop as I spray it. It doesn't last for days on end up it gives my horse some relief for a few hours and helps a lot when we ride. I usually make it thinner than it says so I end up getting between 5-6 bottles.

Keeps ticks off!!
I've been using this for a few summers now, and its by far my favorite spray yet. My horse is boarded in a very buggy part of New England, quite close to wetlands, making the bug population horrible. Whats even worse in our area then the bugs are the ticks. Having experience with lyme disease, I am very worried about ticks and check my horse before and after every ride. Using repel-x i have found 1 tick so far this year, and it hadn't even bitten him yet. Its still early in the season (may), but I've found 5 on myself, and other boarders have found far more. Just the other day we pulled 18 off of 1 of the two mini donkeys, having previously checked them and removed some the day before. The ticks are bad in my area, but this fly spray does the trick. I always spray a little extra around the base of his tail, and other areas I tend to find ticks. For the most part this stuff really does the trick, and i can leave him for a day or two knowing the spray is still hard at work.

Works pretty well!
I bought this on a recommendation from a friend. My horse is a fly magnet. Every other product worked for a few minutes. This works all day!

Love this stuff!
This stuff works, which trumps everything. But secondly, it is sooooo cost effective compared to pre-mixed fly sprays. Yes, it takes about 30 seconds more work to mix it, but it's worth it. I also love that I can control the strength. When the bugs are super bad, I can make it a little stronger, and for the rest of the time, I actually make it a little weaker than suggested, and it works fine. Super economical.

Good Fly Repellent
I have been using Repel-Xpe for years. You have the ability to mix a stronger or milder fly spray with it. You do not pay for water-weight in shipping like you would a ready made fly spray. And because it is not oil-based, it will not burn your horse if left on. I get several refills per Repel-X container, which makes it quite affordable. If you are riding a distance, you can take a small sprayer attached to your saddle with you to use if needed.

I buy a bottle of this every year. I use it every other day. I also use the Wipe product with a sponge on their faces. Not many flies bothering my horses!

Used it for years
I have used Repel-X for as long as I can remember, on numerous horses, especially on vet visits and farrier work. I use it daily to help them relax and my horses seem to welcome it. It reduces fly stress and I can mix the concentrate for heavier or lighter fly seasons.

Ineffective
Does not kill or repel. I used it on my horse just before a pasture ride. I sprayed it right on flies; it did nothing. Flies in the pasture drove my horse crazy for the whole ride. I'll try something natural next time

Repel-XP is a reliable fly spray
This fly spray is a staple in my barn for fly control. It is economical as it is a concentrate and one can dilute it according to the time of year and the concentration and types of flying critters - stable flies, mosquitoes, green head, dee flies, etc.

It actually works
I've been using Repel-X for several years now, and I won't use anything else. It keeps the gnats out of my horses ears, and flies just don't bother her. A little extra on her legs and ticks aren't a problem either. It would be nice if the scent was better, but as long as the product keeps working I'll deal with it!

Good old standby.
