Very nice bell boots!
Easy to put on, stay on well, and are very durable. And, they look great!

Long-lasting!
My horse tends to go through bell boots quickly, but I've had these for over a year using them a few days a week and they're still holding up! They're finally starting to show wear on the velcro and the lining on the bottom, however I've been using them for turnouts and they still stay on and do the job. The lining on the inside seems very comfortable as well.

I really loved these … but they wear quickly
I have ridden with these on my horse about 30 rides… while I love the fleece top and the fit, they just don’t last. They wore and look dirty really fast despite constant washing. Then, one really good overreach grab and they tore - see photo. Sadly just can’t justify the price tag for how quickly they looked used and how quickly they broke.

Nice boots
Boots are nice, wear and wash well. However, sizing runs really small. I got the large for my 16.2 hand horse but they are small and I should’ve gotten an XL. I would recommend people size up.

Great Bell Boot!
I was on the hunt for a new bell boot for my mare as she a) is an Appendix with sensitive TB skin that is easily rubbed off by non-fleece boots and b) is more protective than the typical rubber style boots as those never seem to last for me. After going back and forth between a few different fleece-lined bell boots that SmartPak sells, I settled on these and am very glad I did! Out of the box impressions: the fleece is abundant and clearly a great quality, the velcro is super strong, and I also love the slightly more rigid outer material for added strike protection. After trying them on my mare I can agree with others that they do seem to run a tad small. I ordered a medium for my girl and they are a teensie bit snug around her pasterns but are still able to rotate with little effort and cover her heel correctly for a bell boot. For reference, my mare is 15.1hh, 1100lb with fairly slim legs but normally fits a standard horse or medium size in boots. I'm not sure that the "quick wrap" size guide on the product page is 100% accurate for these boots so if your horse is any bigger than mine, definitely size up. Regardless of that, the boots themselves are great quality for the price, appear to be quite durable, and my mare seems very happy in them!

Wonderfully protective!
I actually found the medium too small and reordered the large. Love these. They are easy to keep clean and are so protective and look to be comfortable for my horse,

No rubs!
I have a sensitive skinned Saddlebred and he was rubbing from normal bells, glad I got these. Fleece is thick and good quality, boots are soft but the outer layer is a harder material but not so rigid that they are stiff. I use these to protect his heels more than anything and they are perfect. I ordered a medium, he’s fine boned with small/average feet and 16.1. I’m going to order these again but in a large because they seem to run small.
