This fleece is medium weight without much stretch. It runs about a half size large with a wide torso...The "black" is really dark grey with stripey pattern.

Warm and Cozy
A good layering sweatshirt. The sleeves are a bit short if you are built with long legs and arms, but was forgivable for how comfy it was; I opted to keep it and live with sleeves a bit short.

Comfy for Cool Temps
I own 2 older versions of this fleece shirt in yellow and dusty mauve. I bought this one in the Dark Olive, as I am shifting to wearing more earth tones. The shirt is a great weight for cooler weather riding or layering. The fit is true to size and the quality is on par with my older versions. There is something positive to be said for product quality that did not diminish over time. That said, the dark olive is less green than pictured and much more grey. So, I will be returning it.

Nice Fleece
This is a nice Fleece 1/4 Zip. It's cozy, but not too heavy and I like the length of the zipper (can take off a helmet without taking off your top). The general fit and length are great. I like a loose fitting style. The only negative is that the sleeves are about 3.5 inches too long for me. I thought about exchanging/returning it, but do like it overall and if I size down I don't think the rest will fit anymore. Maybe include sleeve length in specs whenever possible?

Great color and comfy
This is a nice layer. It is comfortable and the length of the zipper is nice if you want to take it off over a helmet. If I had been shopping in a store I would have tried a size down. It is a big roomy in the back but I opted not to hassle with exchange. I get lots of positive comments on it.

Love this top
Fit is great, trim but not restrictive. Easily fits under a safety vest without bulk, but warmer than the coolmax type tops. Exterior is smooth but not slick. Interior is brushed fleece. Color is a bit darker than pictured (sugarplum). I'd buy one in every color if they weren't sold out in my size!

Pretty color
Ordered the medium in the sugar plum shade. I thought it would be a brighter pinkish shade based on a few reviews. I really like the color and the fit is spot on. Like the longer zip which will make it easier to get on and off. This is a winner, may have to order a few more.

Runs a little snug
This is a great top for colder weather. The quarter zip makes it easy to get on & off. It fits well but runs about one half size small. If you do not like a snug fit, order up a size. Otherwise it is a great top. Too soon to rate on durability, so far no pilling of friction spots. A little pricey, but not bad if you can get some discounts.

I really wanted to love this
Overall, it's a nice quarterzip. The fit is a little different than the other Piper products so just be aware - I normally wear a small in Piper sunshirts and I wanted this a little bigger so I ordered a medium. It is constricting around the chest area and pretty snug. I would say this runs small. It really is hair resistant (tested against a shedding german shepherd) and it is very soft on the inside. Just wish the fit was a little better and there were pockets!

Sugar plum WAY lighter then the picture
Just received this in sugar plum and was really disappointed in the color. So much so that I thought I either ordered the wrong color or they sent the wrong one. Nope. Be aware, the actual plum color is MUCH lighter in person. I was hoping for that rich purple, but it's more of dark lilac. Sending back.

Comfortable and Warm
I happen to really like this shirt, but only gave it 4 starts as I felt it was missing a few small details that would have made it absolutely amazing. The fit is loose, but not messy looking, and layers perfectly over my base layer shirt. However, whenever I wear it, I keep looking for a pocket to put my key fob in, and I always wish there were thumb holes. Other than those small details - this is a great addition to my layering. Keeps me nice and toasty even in frigid, blustery conditions.

Very comfortable fleece shirt
I've been wearing this fleece shirt with temps in the 20s to 30s this week and love it! It is made of a nice weight fleece with plenty of stretch so that I can easily move in the barn or in the saddle. Fits nicely under a vest or coat. Love the steel blue and that it sheds hay, horse hair, etc. I'm looking forward to more variety in colors in the future.

Super comfy!
i wore this riding yesterday and i have to say, it was warmer than i was expecting. i wouldnt recomend riding in this when its super cold but for fall/early winter time this is perfect! when it came it smelled a little bit like dog food, which was a little strange, but was completly fine after a quick wash. I would recomend this to anyone who wants a warm and stylish 1/4 zip for not only riding but for every day use as well.

Nice winter weight riding top
I bought the medium in the golden shade and love it. I am 5'6" and 143 lbs and this is a perfect fit. It is not really fitted nor is it loose. The color is exactly the same as a manilla envelope, lol. I think it is well made but it's very simple and not particularly "styled" or detailed, and so I feel it is very over priced to be honest. I probably will see if it goes on sale to buy more because for this price point I would expect more in the way of details as to cut or design. Other than that it is very nice.
