Rated 1 out of 5 by Sydney from Unfortunate fail This is by far the lowest quality product I have bought from SmartPak. I was extremely disappointed putting them on. They felt so thin and flimsy. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they ride ok. They did not. After the first ride they started pilling and were extremely stretched out. We will see how they wash but I do not have high hopes. The only thing I liked was the waistband. I miss the 99% cotton everyday breeches with the silicone patches. this is not at all the quality I expect from SmartPak.

This year's fabric is much thinner and not near the quality of my others. It also has less shape to it. Not flattering at all. Disappointed in the changes. Bring back the cotton mix. These are going back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Twobays from New fabric is cheap and thin I hate the new synthetic knit fabric and the fit is NOT improved. Loved the piper knits from a few years ago, not sure why everytime smartpak has a good product, they feel the need to “improve” it. Its always worse. This fabric is thinner and feels cheap, I have a feeling they will not last as long as the other piper knits.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LoveMy4Horses from So close to perfect! These would be absolutely perfect, except they are too short for me. I'm 5'6 with long legs and a short torso and I love the high rise on these, I love the stretchy fabric and all of the pockets, but they are just so short. They come to my mid-shins. I ordered a size 38 which doesn't have the option of "long", but if they offered a "long", I would give 10 stars! Also, the grey is a beautiful color and the navy is nearly black - it's so pretty. Despite the length, I like them enough to order more at some point and just use super tall socks with them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Pineapple from Runs Huge Huge! Normally I am about a 46R in Kerrit breeches so I got a 46R and these were MASSIVE. I am sending them back to get a smaller size. Fabric is very nice and reminds me of leggings. I like the pockets. They appear light weight and good for summer but also warm enough for a spring/fall day.
