Really Great Vest
Bought about a month ago and it is toasty in Northern Illinois. I'm 5'7 and about 152 #s got a large and it is roomy enough for a base layer and a fleece second layer. Well made, love the snap pockets and double zip. If I had a medium it would be more form fitting put not as easy to layer.

Nice vest
I bought the green plaid color since I loved the look of it on the cover of the Smartpak catalog. I had bought a Piper vest about 2 years ago and wear it all the time during the winter. This seems to be a different version of the vest. The fleece on the collar is not a soft as my first vest. The pockets also have zippers (instead of a snap) and seem smaller. This vest also does not have the snaps on the back to make it more form fitting like my first vest. I am not overall dissappointed and plan to keep the vest. I do like the double zipper on this style, though I don't think it was exactly necessary. I would adivse Smartpak at least go back to a softer fleece on the collar since this one can feel a bit itchy. Other than that it still seems to be a good quality and hopefully will hold up as well as my first one that I still continue to wear.

Good quality!
I have had this vest for a few weeks now and love it. It's perfect for fall weather over long and short sleeves. I also got my name monogrammed on for free and it looks really sharp! I have gotten a lot of compliments on the vest!

Fell apart after one wash
I really liked this vest. After one wash one of the zippers fell off. Really disappointed and will be extremely hesitant to buy Smartpak brand clothing in the future.

Runs small
It works, but is tighter than I'd like. I should have gone a size up - again, we're in the teens, and I had to choose to just use it as it, rather than send it back and go thru the return process.

Cozy Vest
I love vests for layering in cold weather. This is a really warm vest with a soft lining around the neck. The 2 way zipper is also a great feature! I only wish there was an interior pocket for my phone. I end up wearing this every day!
