Why We Love This

ThePARMA® Arena Groomer® has been proven in arenas and on tracks for all events that require good footing.  Its ability to prepare your base as well as the top surface in one pass can improve the performance of your horse and save stress on his legs at the same time.  

The unit uses vibrating "S" or "Coil" tines depending on your footing type that can be set to your desired digging depth to leave a well-prepared base.  Following the tines is a leveling bar that will shave off high spots and carry dirt to fill holes as you pass over the arena.  To the rear of the machine is a roller that conditions the surface and also gauges the depth of the tines to leave a uniform finish on your arena.    

A note on our price: You may find lower prices advertised for this item on other websites, but at SmartPak there are no hidden freight fees or surcharges. The price you see is the price you pay – shipping is free!

Important Shipping Information: Delivery will include a lift gate service, and a phone call for scheduling a delivery time.  A lift gate with a platform attached to the freight truck that lowers the Parma Groomer to the ground.  A forklift service is not available- you will be responsible for removing the Parma Groomer

Turns out our old Mill Creek Spin Arena Groomer wasn’t cutting it, literally! It was very old, so it’s possible they are fine groomers. But this Parma Arean Groomer is the bomb! My footing is beautiful now, and no more footing refills required.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad advertising from smartpak! This review is for smartpak...not the Parma groomer. Be warned that the “free shipping” and “no hidden freight” advertising that smart pak brags about isn’t all its cracked up to be. Read the small print...YOU are responsible to get this groomer off of the lift gate. Our groomer arrived yesterday and needless to say I don’t have a fork lift laying around to unload it. I would call renting and paying for a fork lift to be delivered and finding someone who knows how to use it is indeed a “hidden cost”. I would have rather paid less for the groomer from another company and paid to have the groomer actually delivered to me. Mine is sitting on a dock somewhere. Unless you own equipment to unload yourself I recommend you save yourself the headache and purchase elsewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing parts for tounge and ratchet kit I ordered the tongue and ratchet and they didn't send the whole thing. Called Parma and weeks later I'm still waiting. Going to speak to my smart Pak rep. Hopefully we can get this resolved. Thanks for the review suggestion. Reminded me to check back.
