The Nantucket Ergonomic Bridle was designed with premium craftsmanship for elite performance and comfort. Made of high-quality English leather, the bridle is soft and supple with a luxurious feel right out of the included storage bag. Its padded poll relief crownpiece is contoured for unrestricted ear movement and features a 2" wide air gap to remove pressure from the poll and nuchal ligament. The bridle further reduces facial pressure with a curved browband and anatomic noseband shaped to avoid facial nerves. The innovative integrated noseband stabilizes the bit, allowing for clearer aids and making the bridle an excellent choice for sensitive horses. Finally, a soft chin pad provides cushioning under the noseband buckle. Leather reins with inner grip and stoppers are included.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Heather from Does not adjust well for all horses The leather is wonderful once properly conditioned and the padding is great, which is why I'm giving this bridle 2 stars. The actual setup is not ideal for adjustments. My horse (cob size) fit every aspect of this bridle except for the bit and due to the connected nature of the straps, I could not adjust the height of the bit to fit properly in his mouth. I tried every possible combination with all of the connected adjustment points and nothing fit right. Unfortunately because I tried two rides in the bridle I cannot return it and left with an utterly useless (for my horse) piece of tack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JEM32 from Generally nice bridle! I bought this bridle a few months ago. I have had many compliments on it and generally really like it. It can be a bit of a learning curve to adjust it correctly, and my only real complaint is that the keepers on the nose and’s chin pad are WAY too big. It causes the chin pad to slip out at each ride, causing it to be useless and look messy. Generally it is good quality and looks sharp!

Due to the design, I can't get the bit high enough while getting the noseband low enough. Beautiful quality, though, if it fits your horse's face.

The adjustability is pretty limited the way the bit attaches to the cheek pieces/nose band. It’s a little high on my mare but hoping as the leather stretches a little I’ll get the noseband a little lower. I doubt any type of hanging bit like bauchers would be usable.

This bridle does not work with any bit like an elevator. The cheek piece won’t go short enough while the attached noseband will end up in the wrong place.

The leather is beautiful, the padding is soft and the poll relief is the perfect size with out making the rest of the crown bulky.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JNSTC from Lovely Design I purchased this bridle to replace an Equitus Delta I wasn’t in love with due to fit issues. It is a truer “Full” than the Delta and has a more aesthetically appealing noseband. The leather is nicer than SP’s other lines and is not a coated leather, so it actually takes oil. I’m a bit disappointed with some manufacturing quirks for the price point, however. My noseband arrived dented, which I was able to massage out over a few days. The crownpiece has visible glue blobs, and the stitching began to fray after one use. I do love that the bridle comes with reins and a handy bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by berrygoodday from Nice leather and quality ! Purchased last week - cannot rate longevity/reliability yet, but out of the bag super nice leather, very happy with it ! Well padded with a single layer at crown tip-top to give an air gap, and at least on my guy the anatomic features seem to go in the right places, and his ears have a nice freedom. I will definitely be considering the Nantucket line for the future. While is has anatomical features, it’s also “normal “enough looking to use in a lot of different settings/disciplines.

The bridle is super soft and supple, and I can tell that the leather will absorb conditioner and oil well to become even softer over time. The bridle is well padded, and the white stitching is a sophisticated touch. It's easy to adjust the noseband, and I love the padding under the chin. My horse has a super sensitive mouth, and there’s a definite improvement in his comfort with the integrated bit attachment. I found this bridle to run true to size as my horse typically wears a full size bridle, and the full fit him well. The icing on the cake is that grippy reins are included with this bridle. I'm looking forward to using this for years to come!
