A classic plate in satin brass or nickel silver, available in two sizes to suit your needs. Standard size fits most Horse and Warmblood Bridles, as well as Pony Halters. Small size is suitable for most martingales. Please refer to measurements below to select which size is best for your needs.

Cheap Metal and Hard to Assemble
I have a thick halter, so to put the nameplate on myself it was a challenge.
After ordering this and punching holes in the halter... the nameplate fell off after a week. Needless to say I went to custom and ordered a halter with a nameplate attached.

Easy to bend and dent
This was not easy to assemble myself! I attached it to a halter and a bridle and the leather was so thick the screws didn't even stay in when hammered.
The metal is also very easy to bend so it got damaged before the job was even completed.
Your best best is to buy one already made on a halter or have someone else do the job for you.

These turned out lovely! My parents ordered me several for Christmas this year and I was shocked at how well they turned out. I LOVE the option for Silver, and the Roman font is both easy to read and beautiful on the plates.

If you want a nameplate fast...
This nameplate came so fast and exactly how I ordered it! Having experienced lengthy waiting periods trying to order a nameplate at a local tack shop, this option was so much better! I also like how it comes with extra fasteners- just in case.

darling baby halter plate
Well, this little halter plate itself is lovely and with the 2 day air shipping it arrived quickly and in time for my colt to wear to his inspection. Unfortunately, the rivets that were sent with it were the wrong size to fit thru the holes in the plate itself, and I ended up having to go to the local tack shop and pay them to attach it to my halter with the proper size rivets. So a bargain it was not.

Easy FAST purchase
I will only purchase my nameplates from SmartPak from now on....I had ordered from another very large company because they were close to my home...
I waited for over a month to get them!!!
I got them in 3 days from SmartPak, and they were beautiful..I also like the color option..brass or silver.

Beautiful and easy to install
I got this nameplate for a halter with narrow cheekpieces. My husband installed it quickly, and easily.

Looks nice but could be thicker metal
I bought two - with the first one I accidentally purchased the small size instead of the large so I had to buy another one. Be careful when ordering. They look nice but the metal isn't as thick as some other nameplates I have so it can bend when you are hammering in the rivets. I wish the Roman characters were all in capitals with the "lowercase" being smaller sized capitals. However, as always with SmartPak, this ships very quickly and looks great!

Good Quality
The quality is good, however it is really too big for a bridle, etc. I ended up going to Hoe Depot and getting small brass screws and using it on the back of my saddle, which I almost think it is to big, but works nicely. I wouldn't use this on anything they sell it for.

Bridle Nameplate
This product was shipped in a very timely manner. It was also of good quality for the price. The personalization on the nameplate was nicely etched into the plate. The size of the nameplate fit well on one of the bridle straps. I would purchase this product again.

Too wide for a bridle
These are great quality - the metal is thick and the lettering is nicely done. The plate itself is just to wide for a bridle or a girth. On my bridle (and martingale) the plate is too big top to bottom, and on the girth it's too wide left to right.
I ordered a few of these and am sad to say I can't use any of them.

The perfect finishing touch!
I love these for all my tack. It dresses them up a bit and when we go horse showing my tack never gets lost in the shuffle and my horse always has the correct items on at the in gate. Highly recommended. Also my horses that are used in the lesson program end up with the right tack every time!
