The Mio® Turnout Sheet combines the quality you love from Horseware® with a value that can’t be beat. This sheet features a 600 denier polyester outer that is both waterproof and breathable to keep your horse warm and dry. Plus, a shine-enhancing lining will help to put a pretty polish on your horse’s coat. Additionally, double front surcingle closures, cross-belly surcingles, and a tail cord provide a secure fit while a tail flap adds protection against wind and rain. Finally, Horseware’s patented leg arches give your horse extra freedom of movement.

My horses got just a few uses out of these and they are already ruined. Tears everywhere. They don't share a paddock so I know they didn't tear each other's. Pretty sheet but not every effective for my boys.

Poor quality: Leg Straps sewn in wrong spot
I bought two size 84 blankets for my horses and both blankets had leg straps sewn in different spots. Very poor quality. The leg straps have already ripped off one blanket with less then 15 uses.

Great fit
I have 3 horses all different sizes. The Mio turn out sheet exceeded my expectations. The fit is perfect for all 3 horses. The light weight is great as the weather here in Massachusetts in February is breaking records for high temps. I am very pleased with this turn out sheet.

Looks pretty but very flawed
I bought this blanket and within a couple days of my horse wearing it, it’s ripped in several places. He is not hard on blankets. It also doesn’t fit very well and the buckles in front can be hard to secure along with the tail strap that leaves no room for adjustability and gets very messy with manure. Very pretty but it’s a headache, and a waste of money and I won’t buy it again.

Disappointed
This is the second Mio blanket I have purchased. I love their blankets. This one however did not have rings for hindleg straps. I was going to add leg straps because my old blanket had rings. This one did not. Other than that I loved it. So sadly I returned this blanket. I gave it three stars because of lack of rings in that back. The quality is great.

Lightweight and good fit
I bought this as a top layer turnout sheet that doesn’t add much bulk, but protects from rain and snow. It fits well and allows for plenty of movement, even without shoulder gussets. I have one for two of my horses and am very happy with them. Also a great price.

Perfect buy for me
I needed a blanket to keep an arthritic ex racer warm during the winter. This blanket runs a little bit in size, I bought an 81 and fits like an 82, but the extra inch came in handy with my guy. I absolutely love this blanket. I haven’t washed it yet, I’m hoping it retains itself after washing.

Perfect for my Horses
It's light, waterproof and warm - all 4 of my horses own them now - I particularly like that the back strap is one elastic from side to side because I have a one year old and I don't want my head down there - it also keeps the blanket in place better than the two straps. Love this blanket - wish I had discovered it sooner. I still have the one I bought two years ago in good shape.

Great mid-weight blanket
This blanket fits my Crabbet Arabian great no odd rubbing on him since the fill on this blanket is not too heavy. I really do love this blanket, I have one single complaint that the tail strap isn't removable.

Unfortunate design flaw
This sheet looked like it was just what I needed until I saw that the tail strap is sewn in place. No way to replace it with a clip on strap as there are no rings. Difficult to take on and off as well as downright messy when the strap gets covered in manure! I am returning the sheet.

This sheet is spectacular.
My gelding is extremely fond of the mud pits, and has been sort of rough with his new found energy from the colder weather, and the sheet has held up great. I am very pleased with this order, and would recommend it to others.

The material is plenty durable against 5 year old, mouthy pasture mates. But you better have an exact measurement of your horse. The front buckles are not adjustable and the rear tail strap is much less secure than double leg straps on other turnouts.

Fave rain jacket
I've had this sheet for a few years now and it has held up well. My horse is not particularly rough on blankets but he is turned out with some young-uns that like to chomp and pull and this does not have any holes or rips. Waterproofing has held up well on days he's been caught in the rain. I especially like this sheet because of how light it is. Other sheets I've had just are heavy (not fill-wise heavy, literally just pounds of blanket) and bulky. This is super light to carry and has lots of room to breath on my horse. I have no problem with him wearing it on those days that are supposed to be cold and rainy but end up being warm and dry. I don't worry that he will get too hot.
My only complaint and this is with all Mio things is that they do not have leg straps - they have a tail cord. Can't imagine how gross that is for a mare owner. My boy does get very sensitive to weather changes and will have loose poops and this just gets rancid. I have a winter blanket from Mio and I cut it off after a few days. When I got this sheet I cut it off immediately. Just gross. I did buy my own leg straps and sewed on a D-ring myself.

Nice sheet but did not last.
This turnout sheet fit and looked great on my horse, but it did not quite last even just one winter season before it shredded beyond repair... I would only recommend to a horse that is easy on his blanket as has individual turnout or laid-back buddies.

Awesome sheet!
I have tried other blankets in this price range but this one is by far the best! They hold up well and have remained waterproof better than most of my other blankets (the oldest one is 4 years old and still very waterproof). They fit my paint and QH both very well, no rubs and stay in place.

You get what you pay for.
I love Horseware products, but this is a dud. It is not waterproof and it is very flimsy. My mare ripped it within a week. Invest in a higher end Horseware sheet that will actually last!

Mio Turnout Sheet
I have three horses now. I just purchased this sheet for my new horse. I've had this sheet for my other two horses for over 2 years. They are still like new and still waterproof. Can't say enough good about these Mio Turnout sheets!

Good Sheet for the Price
I tried this sheet for my TB mare who lives outside 24/7. It fit well and is a great sheet for the price! I can't comment on the waterproofing, but I returned it because I wasn't convinced it would hold up long term to the abuse from the elements.
