Why We Love This
The all new Majyk Equipe Sport/Dressage Boot is designed for schooling, turn out and trail. The boot is built from a tough but lightweight TPU outer with rip stop properties to repel dust and water. The inner bio foam liner is perforated to allow the horse's leg to breathe. Unlike closed cell foams like neoprene, this next generation foam allows air to circulate freely making sure your horse's leg stays cool and well ventilated - especially important during long schooling periods or turn out.
The boot features outer and inner strike guard protection. Inside the strike area is a layer of ARTi-LAGE - the latest in impact protection designed to protect your horse. This proprietary technology offers maximum protection with unique molecular properties designed to create a soft and flexible shock absorbing barrier. When at rest the molecules flow freely allowing the horse to move, however on impact, they lock together to absorb energy and reduce the force transmitted, passing the trauma away from the horse’s leg. This allows for greater protection when impact increases but never interferes with the horse's natural movement. In tests ARTi-LAGE outperformed other leading impact protection foams. A reinforced outer strike area gives protection against rubbing and interfering while the inner ARTi-LAGE protects bone, tendon and soft tissue.
The boots are finished with a high quality double stitched finish and a built-in stitch channel to avoid separation. The tough binding and finishes make a boot that is tough enough to stand up to everyday use. Unlike traditional sport boots made from 'hook and loop' outer material, these boots are perfect for trail as they won't pick up twigs, grass and burrs that usually stick to fabric boots. The perfect all round boot.

Stylish, Durable, & High Quality
So happy I bought these boots! The quality is amazing & durable while still remaining flexible enough to conform to my horse’s leg. Love that there’s no neoprene either, which is such a hard feature to find in boots today.

Light weight and breathable
I have a horae with a 3 year old, pretty severe, tendon injury. I don't usually put anything on his legs but he's gotten to the point where he needs protection. I got these in the clearance color a few weeks ago and love them. We had a pretty intense lesson in 90* heat the other day and his legs were cool and tight when I took the boots off. I really recommend these for horses with old injuries.

Work great until they rub your horse raw!
I used these boots daily for 5 months with minimal complaint, just that one would sometimes slip down when wet. However, recently these boots rubbed my horse's legs just above the fetlock very badly. I had to completely stop using them. Quite upsetting that these boots break in and injure your horse!

I bought these April 2017 & they held up pretty well for daily use on 1-2 horses. They aren't wide enough for most of the horses in the range & when sizing up they got too tall. There isn't enough boot overlap to keep the rough velcro out of constant contact with the skin. Miraculously, they fit one of my horses really well & another horse I rode from time to time. They look really good & I everywhere I went people asked about them. I like them because they cleaned well, had structure, weren't neoprene & didn't hold water (we like to go through a little creek at the end of our rides when we go the long way back to the barn). They have held up a long time but the velcro has completely failed. My horse kicked at a fly while tacking up & the whole boot came off. RIP

Very poor design
It is so hard to find boots that fit my big warmblood behind. I was really excited to see that these fit horses 17.3+. On first inspection, the construction of the boots looks good, but there are some major design flaws. The most serious is that the abrasive side of the velcro faces in towards the horse's legs. For me, the boots didn't close completely (and there's plenty of velcro length, so they shouldn't have to), and the velcro rubbed sores on the legs of my horse with one use. Additionally, the venting holes in the foam on the inside of the boots are just big enough that sand and pieces of stone dust can get inside the boots or get stuck in the holes - more rubbing. Really disappointed in these rather expensive boots.

Great boot
I ended up with a Small for my 16.2 short cannon boned finely built TRK. I really like how durable and easy to care for these boots are. They seem to offer good protection without being bulky.
I was a bit concerned the inner material would cause rubs but so far even in the summer with his finer coat I have not seen any rubs.

Not my favorite
I was very excited to try these boots- but after one ride the stitching came loose and was fraying. The shape is also a bit strange, the inside of the boots is semi rounded, while the outside is flat. I think they were oddly shaped in my opinion. Otherwise they were nice to look at but sadly quite disappointed.

Awful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
These boots are not worth it whatsoever. The hype is not real. They're way too small, they do not stretch out, the material is cheap, and they do not mold to the horses leg as i would have liked them to. I much prefer the woof wear double locking boots to these. these are a rip off!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE BOOTS!!!!!

Great quality
I purchased these because my horse goes through standard brushing boots like they are made of tissue paper. The boots have sturdy construction and I am positive they will last. Sizing was appropriate - L fronts and XL backs fit a 17 hand Warmblood nicely. Unfortunately I have been unable to use them because my horse has been on stall rest due to a laceration/surgery. I can't wait to use them.

Our favorite new boot!
I bought this boot as an all purpose boot for in the arena for flat work and also to wear out on our hacks around the property. Initially I only bought front boots. But after just a few uses I discovered how easy these boots were to put on/take off and dust off so I ordered boots for the hind legs also. Plus, they provide excellent protection to my horses legs!

Great for schooling
These boots are great for schooling - especially in our hot summers! I used to avoid wearing boots or polo wraps in our hot Louisiana summers because I wanted to avoid the extra heat on the tendons. Not a problem with these boots. Lightweight but rugged, the legs do still get sweaty but the legs are not hot when I remove the boots. And they hold up really well. I use them for my dressage and light jumping days.

Beautiful boots
I bought these about a month ago for my large (17.2hh) Warmblood. The xl fits his hind legs well. I love that they are ventilated to help keep his tendons cool.

The best boots out there!
After I saw video online of the amazing strike protection of this boot where they drop a bowling ball on a glass bottle wrapped in the Majyk boot. I was impressed. Got a set for my TB as he is new to cavaletti work, and the interiors are soft enough that they don't rub even his tender skin. So I came back and got a pair of their small boots for my welsh. Had to trim down the fronts to fit him, but I am so happy he know has that same great protection out on the trails or on course.
