I use it at shows, shipping, and when he is in his stall at night. Licking is relaxing for him, so these toys are good for taking my horse’s mind off stressful events or preventing boredom. As soon as I get the refills out of the container, Lucky knows. When I first gave him the Likit, he ate the whole thing in 24 hours, I guess that means he really likes it!! Now that he knows there will be another Likit when the last is done, he savors it. I have since purchased several flavors. It's nice to offer Lucky variety. It is available in 5 flavors Apple, Mint, Carrot, Molasses, and Himalayan Salt. Apple is Lucky's favorite!

They aren’t super hard and she just bites off chunks of it instead of licking it. The grain version of the refills lasts much longer, but she doesn’t like them as much

Rated 5 out of 5 by M Cahill from My horse loves these! I’ve bought many likits for my gelding and it loves them, gets it all over his lips then rubs that on me! The only “bad” thing I have to say is that it dosent last him long; I put a new molasses lick in, went to the tack room and that took me no more then 10 minutes, when I came back he was halfway done! Maybe sticking it in the freezer might help it last long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ali13 from So far, all the flavors are a hit! My horse is on prolonged stall rest, so I upped his toy count to keep him occupied. The Likit holder is hanging in his stall away from the walls, and I wondered if he would be able to actually lick it. No worries! He figured out how to balance the Likit holder just perfectly so that he can lick the flavored part for as long as he wants. So far, molasses was his favorite but mint and apple have disappeared quickly too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by disappointed from Jack the donkey loved this I had hoped it would last longer, but i blame this on me rather then my clever donkey. He loved this so much i had to keep moving it around so he could not untie, unclip, or just get any leverage on it :) but he out smarted me and managed to eat this in about a month so i had to order more. It is either this or he digs holes.
