Not grippy or sticky
I like the way the material feels- “cool” but the full seat stickiness doesn’t exist. Also, my knee had a bruise because the material is thin.

Very comfortable
I love my Kerrits but:
* The color is not what I would call Tan. It has a greenish hue to it.
* I never wear a Large but had to exchange my Mediums for a Large to get a more comfortable fit.

Love these tights
I have been wearing Ice Fil tights for 2-3 years on a daily basis. I bought this pair to replace a pair that are finally giving out. The Ice Fil fabric is fabulous - keeps me comfortable in Florida. Love the pockets too! Most of my barn buddies wear them also. I wash them my machine and hang them to dry. I am 5'2" and 130 lbs and wear a Medium.

My favorite for summer
I bought one pair of these to test out and then immediately picked up two more. They do what they promise and keep me nice and cool. They are very thin, but they are not see through, and I like the waist band which holds me in without feeling too tight. They also look great and feel great on, and they don’t stretch out with wear! I want to wear them all day and might if they didn’t grip every chair I sat in.
When I first received them I was worried that they wouldn’t grip the saddle because they didn’t feel very sticky to the touch, but they do just fine. I actually think washing them made them better...maybe there was some residue from manufacturing left on the silicone.
I am normally an XS or an S in leggings, and I needed the S in these. They have some stretch but not a lot, and especially not in the waist band. They fit more like a pair of athletic tights with very light compression would.
I also have a pair of the Piper Flex Tights in small and would recommend those as well - they don’t keep you quite as cool and they are less supportive, but are a great value.

I have been looking at these for MONTHS and finally bought them during the Memorial Day sale. They just arrived today and honestly I’m underwhelmed. The fabric is perfect for hot southern summers and they are so comfortable but that’s where the like ends. I have a pair of Ovation tights so I’m comparing the two. I wish the rise of the waist in these were a bit higher. But I’m biggest complaint is the full seat. There really isn’t much grub at all. I’m glad I bought them while they were on sale because, they weren’t even worth that price.

Nice riding tights
My daughter loves the Kerrit tights for summer. Since she's grown her I had to buy again. Bought the Blackberry and Tan colors. Blackberry is beautiful but the Tan has a green hue to it so it's going back. I called Kerrits about the Tan having a green hue and they were surprised to hear this. I see from another review that I am not the only who noticed.

Material is thin
I bought these a couple of weeks ago and probably should have returned them immediately but I decided to try them out. The material is quite thin and gives you feeling of not enough coverage. In addition I purchased tan and the color is kind of greenish, very odd.

Where have these been all my life?
These riding tights are amazing! Super Super comfortable in hot humid weather. Great fit with nice full seat grip. Pricey but worth the money. Held up well in the wash a couple times and in the dryer by mistake.

Kerrits Ice Fil Tech Tight
Bought these tights thinking they would be for summer riding. I don't think that will be the case for here in No CA, as they are quite heavy. Perhaps as Fall wear. Either way, they are of nice quality and fit, just not as light as I expected.

Really COOL!
Whew! It’s been a sticky, hot summer and these tights really do the trick!!! A friend told my sister and my sis told me and now I’m telling you - you will love these!!! The sticky surface of the full seat give you a nice grip in the saddle. I purchased the black pair and even though the fabric is thin....they don’t show every detail of my not-so-perfect body! Priceless!

i bought this earlier this week and rode i they today! they are super comfortable and the pockets are a nice addition. the pants are thin but not a problem since i got a darker color. they don’t have much if any grip but overall super comfy and will

most comfortable summer riding wear
I would say that these are the coolest breeches for summer riding that I have found yet. The silicone works well and the phone pocket is deep and functional. They also stay up without a belt, something that I don't find with most other breeches. The material is thin, clingy and feels like a "tight" or like jogging pants which I don't mind. This is my second pair and all I wear for summer riding.

Very cool and comfortable
These are my favorite summer breeches! I love the stretch, the wide waistband, the large pockets my phone actually fits in, the silicone for extra stick, and how they cool you off when wet! The only thing I dislike is that they get dark where they are wet. Not sure there is anything to he done about that one though. They run long! I'm 5'11 and they are long on me!

Lightweight Summer Tight
I live in southern coastal NC and it is crazy hot and humid. I was looking for the coolest tights I could find, and these fit the bill. They run a bit larger and longer than my previous Kerrits tights. They are very thin and feel almost like you are wearing nothing. I'm really glad I ordered the full seat because they would be pretty slippery in the saddle with only a knee patch. These will be my go to for schooling on really hot days. I haven't had them long enough to rate durability, but my previous Kerrits lasted several years.

New favorite riding pants
These are the most comforable tights I have ever owned. They look great, the fabric is soft and stretchy, and the little silicon Kerrits give them a little stick, but not too much. I would wear these every day if I could! I haven't worn them in hot weather yet, as it hasn't been warm here in Michigan, but I do think these feel more breathable and potentially cooler than any of my other breeches. I will be buying another pair and I may layer them in the winter so I can wear them all year round. Kerrits typically last and last, so I am expecting these will hold up too. They feel durable.

Not a good fit
I am 5'5", 125#, with fairly strong quads and glutes. I ordered 30R. These breeches ended up being super long, as though they would fit if I were 5'10", and seemed to be made for somebody without developed leg and glutes muscles.

I have old scars that most breeches rub on but this fabric, design of the seams, and the sticky “carrots” combine for a very comfortable fit that feels secure in the saddle and doesn’t wear on the scars. The only thing I’d wish for is “short, medium, and long” choices for lengths. Tall people get breeches too short and us shorties get breeches too long. Sigh.

Love the color, wish they were grippier
I have a few ice fil tops that I really like, and was looking forward to trying the breeches. I find they fit well, but they don't seem to be much cooler than my regular riding tights. My biggest complaint is that they are not very grippy. I was concerned that the silicone would be too grippy, but turns out it's hardly grippy at all! They are comfortable, and I do like the color (I got them in teal), so I will keep them. I just wish they were grippier, kind of defeats the purpose of offering them in full seat!

Best equestrian tights ever
The fabric feels super luxurious and good on. They're slimming. They have just enough compression to make me feel and look a little bit fitter than I am! I haven't had the true test about how cool they keep you in super hot weather yet but I have been very comfortable on 85 degree days. The pockets are smartly placed to help cover any thigh lumps you might have. The colors are pretty. I have the eggplant and the blue so far and will get more.
They have belt loops so if you are allowed to wear tights like this for your show at least you can add a belt to dress them up. And the cost is really reasonable.

Very good for the price
My first riding tights were kerrits flow rise and I loved them until I discovered full seat pants. At the time, the kerrits ice fil were new and when I tried on a pair I was devastated with the fit. They were very tight and the fabric was so transparent it was scandalous.
Fast forward a few years and after trying several summer weight tights, I thought I'd give the kerrits another try because many girls at my barn wear them and looked a little better.
They must have made some changes because they are exactly the fit and feel I want. For me, they fit exactly like my first knee patch flow rise tights and the little carrots silicone grippers are pretty good. Not too sticky but sticky enough once I started to get hot. The issue I find with tights that have the silicone full seats is that they wear off and end up too flat to provide any grip. These are less pricey than some and have started off great. If the grip doesn't last, I haven't spent a fortune as I did with another brand.
The pocket is big enough for my,iPhone 6 and is located in a great place. some of these tights have them set at a weird angle but not these.
The reason I gave this 4 stars is because I'd like to see the carrot grippers a little more sticky from the beginning. And the color is not great. I got the beige or khaki and there are two issues I have, one, it has a greenish hue so it's not always beige but two, the color is just too light and at first glance, it looks like I'm wearing nothing on really pale legs! A slightly deeper beige would make these a 5 star rating for me. I am pleased that the fabric is thick enough not to be sheer but light enough that they don't stick to me as I sweat. I see more of these in my future.
