Good Quality - Didn't fit my mare
I would of rated better if it didn't have the weird oil lines at some places ( it is not part of the plaid design ) and fitted accurately. The quality is amazing! Its not sheer fabric and won't rip easily. The metal pieces felt good quality, not cheap quality. I just wished it fit my horse, ugh! I bought size 69 - the smallest size.

Thoroughbred- doesn't rub!!
This is the first sheet (I have tried so many different sheets) that doesn't rub his shoulders or his tail. It's a contoured fit and it stays in place nicely. It's also a nice weight and is breathable in my opinion. I highly recommend this sheet.

My mare is on a lay up. The flies are driving her crazy. This sheet keeps the flies off most of her body. It is durable.

WONDERFUL FIT & PROTECTION!
Bought a month ago to replace the SmartPak BugShield version that only lasted a week. So far, no sign of any damage -- not even the slightest hole! My big bodied warmblood sizes out at an 80, but I got the 81 and it fits perfectly! He has very sensitve skin, so I bought permetherin at walmart (used for camping/hunting clothes) and gave this a heavy dose, and there have been no bug welts on my boy! Not even on his neck!!

So Far Disappointed
First, I have a long history with Kensington products. I've been very happy with the protection they offer & their durability. With the modifications they've made to the sheet (2 straps for the body/barrel) I was looking forward to the first chance to replace a worn out sheet. That came about 3 weeks ago when the old sheet (that was at least 5 years old) came in ripped.
The new sheet is here & so far I'm underwhelmed. The fit through the chest has been hit or miss. Drawing the sides together results in rubs; looser and there's a gap. Unfortunately, it seems my mare is between sizes (1 more inch would be perfect. She's in a 78; the next size, 81 would swallow her). Her previous sheet was also a Kensington 78" with no rub issues.
Then this afternoon when she came in, one of the chest fasteners was broken. The hardware on this version of the sheet appears more substantial than previous ones. Guess not, as that fastener didn't make it a month. Fortunately, I had another snap that I'd scavengened from old, worn out horse clothes I could replace it with.
The material of the Kensington fly sheet is the best in my opinion, durable & breathable. But the fit & the fitting in this generation leaves a bit to be desired.

Every horse needs one of these
This sheet is amazing! I have a white horse that thinks getting dirty is a game. With this sheet, you remove from horse, hose it down, go for a ride and it is dry and ready to place back on horse when you are done. The colors available are gorgeous (we have the Black Ice Plaid, highly recommend for a white horse) and my horse seems to love wearing it.

Durable!
Last year, I bought a more expensive fly sheet, and it lasted only 2 days before my National Show Horse tore it apart. I was worried that the heavier duty sheet would be too hot for my baby, but this is not the case. It's been 90 plus degrees for the last week, and he is comfortable. Fit is excellent. I bought a 75"; my horse usually wears a 76". Perfect fit. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a durable sheet.

Amazing Quality!
I love how heavy duty it is and still not too heavy a material to allow breath-ability! I have a pink-skinned horse that fly's were driving crazy and worried about sun, this was the perfect fit! I love the clasps on the front for ease of taking on and off! I also purchased the belly band attachment to keep flys off his belly as well. Rinses nicely too for cleaning. He feels comfortable to even roll in it and run easily! Will be buying another one for my other horse who is not pink-skinned.

Bomber and Beautiful!!
This is even better than Kensington's regular fit fly sheet. I love the hardware and the adjustability of the front closures. This is a very secure sheet and does not move on my very active boy. Even better than the Kensington protective sheet. LOVE it! BTW, my boy is a robust Quarterhorse/appy mix who measures 80 in. He took a 78 in this sheet. Thank you Smartpak for easy returns.
