Fly bboots
These Boots are Made well. However the fabrasive.side is somewhat abrasive.
I prefer a softer inner fabric and they do slip down some.

High hopes left unfulfilled
I bought these this summer for my 16.1h gray thoroughbred who is a fly magnet with very sensitive skin and bone spavins in his hind hocks. I had high hopes that these would provide him With some much needed relief and ease his incessant stomping. These fly boots were VERY DISAPPOINTING. They were helpful for maybe the first week, but then began slipping to the point that they were no longer giving him much protection, his incessant stomping returned, and I questioned whether they were a hazard to him to have on while in his paddock. There’s minimal opportunity for wear and tear given the smaller size of his mostly dirt paddock. If I were rating the first 5 days I would give 5 stars, but my OVERALL RATING IS 1 because I stopped using them after a week and ultimately feel that it was money wasted.

Note size: Large/ Horse size only offered
My bad. I should have read the size description before ordering. Boots are too small for both my warm bloods (1400lb). Not so much the height but will not close around fetlocks. A friend with a 15h3” TB tried them and didn’t like fit either and questioned whether they would stay up. Product packing does note boots come in oversize and Draft but these sizes are not offered.

Fall down, straps come undone. A waste of money.
I have no idea why people like these. I have been using the Cashal boots on my young horse, and they spun a bit, but they stay up. These had great reviews, so I figured that I would try them. They are awful. I put them on my young horse's back legs, and they cam halfway undone and were totally slipped down. Even on my old horse's front legs, they were twisted and slipped down.

Nice breathable material
I was happy to feel the great breathable material these fly boots were however I put them on and the next day they had slouched down. They did not stay where they were supposed to. I tightened them so I still had a fingers with snugly between my horses leg and the fly boots and they still fell down. I was disappointed because they actually felt like they would hold up, but they didn't.

Stays where you put them!
Well worth the money for these fly boots! My girl was stomping her feet so much she was getting cracked hooves! The velcro is strong and keeps them up. I would recommend these!

These stay up!!!!
Actually brought the first pair of these last year. They worked so well that I purchased a new pair as a backup. If your horse is an easy keeper in the paddock these will easily last you more than 2 summers. Provides protection against flies

Great Fly Boots
I have been very happy with these fly boots, they stay upright and are comfortable on my horse! The Velcro is very secure, we have had all sorts of crazy summer weather and the fly boots have stayed on.

SET OF 2!
I do like these fly boots very much, though any others that I have purchased have been a "set of 4". I do not see it stated anywhere, on the order page, that you will only receive a "set of 2" unless you hit "2" for quantity, to receive a total of 4 boots.....my horse happens to have 4 legs, so he would need that :)

Very high quality!
I love every feature of these fly boots down to the stitching! The mesh is thick and breathable, the color is bright and beautiful. They even outlast my horse trampling through the mud 24/7 without rubbing and they even keep his legs clean! And the best part the swarm of horseflies don't bother his legs anymore!

Love these!
My horse lives to roll and play. These boots never come off and stay put. He is also a pink skinned horse so these protect against the sun.

Don't stay up
Within the first two weeks these boots starting rolling down and bunching up therefore starting to breaking the material in the folds. The Fleece part on top of the boot catches all grasses and weeds in pasture, and is hard to clean.
Color and design is nice.

I will never use any other!
They stay up! They did start to tear the third summer but I live on the east coast. They survived daily rinsing, shaking and were on a sprite duo ottb and the herd mare!!!! I love the Kensington boots!!

Just ok.
My mare has to wear fly boots 24/7 but she doesn't abuse them at all and I do make sure they don't get out of position. One of these was slouchy on the 2nd day and I almost sent it back then but I didn't have a back up pair at the time. Within a few days the stay had come out of one side. I did try to sew it back in so we'll see how long it lasts but the edge on the stay is hard plastic so I don't have much faith in the durability of the thin fabric holding it in, along with my sewing ability. The plush lining is also a little thick for my taste because it stays wet for a long time if it does
get wet. But they are very pretty.

Great boots
I love these boots. I have to use them to keep my horse from stomping and making her feet sore (she’s barefoot) and these don’t rub her (even when it has rained) and they stay up. I would give five stars but through this website you aren’t able to pick a different size other than horse. Other than that, great product

Stops the stomping
Even one fly will make my sensitive equine put lots of wear on his front legs stomping to be rid of the pest. These boots are good solution.

Don’t stay up!
These boots don’t stay up. They crunch down so they really didn’t work. They even rubbed a sore on the leg.

Good Fly Protection Idea
They are durable and stay up. Attractive too especially with matching fly mask. With the boots, horses do not stomp as much, so better for their hooves.

Just what I needed
My horse had some leg surgery & 2 weeks of stall rest. These really helped to cut down on the stomping during fly season.

Great Boots!
I've tried several style of fly boots over the years. These are by far the best. Stay up and are durable. I have some pairs holding strong in their 3rd season of 24/7 use.

They stay put
This is the 2nd time I have purchased these boots. They stay up on the leg, are easy to put on & take off. I got 3 seasons from my last pair. Very pleased with this product!

Good product, keeps bugs off
These fly boots stay on, don't slip and are easy to apply. Only complaint is they are not breathable and make my mare's legs sweat.

Good quality...but do not stay up.
I bought a pair to try for my hyper sensitive horse. I read reviews that they stay up. They don't completely work their way down. They work down about 1/3 of its original size. they do stay on and do still cover a substantial amount.

Non slip
This are great and super breathable! If you have anything larger than a regular horse I would go with the larger size. My draft x mule has a small spot at the bottom where the boots don't cover.

No more stompin
My horse loves these boots and is no longer stompin his feet 200 times a day to get the flies off. Durability may be a problem as I notice that after a month of use there are a few places where the mesh has started to break.

Great Fit and protection!
Really happy with these boots! They stay upright and don't slouch down or turn around on the leg. I've tried many and these are by far my favorite.
