Rated 4 out of 5 by SarahB from Smaller than other Oversize Smartpak Martingales This is much smaller than my other oversize martingale from Smartpak. This is more like a horse size martingale with a slightly larger neck strap. Overall, this is small for a large warmblood horse. I'd recommend a different oversize if you have a large horse. Color and quality is good.

The oversized is perfect and matches my Red Barn bridle perfectly. The quality and looks are top notch.

It's not the softest leather, but nothing some oiling and conditioning can't fix. I have an Edgewood bridle and reins, and it fits in perfectly with those. My trainer only likes "fancy tack" and she even thinks it looks great. Recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by aprofessionalamateur from Fantastic for the price! Overall a great piece for the price! The oversized size JUST fits my 17.3 hand guy but it is doing the job! The leather is quite nice for the price point, a cleaning with some Murphy’s and some butet conditioner and it is soft and ready to work! I Picked it up during a sale so it was about $45 which made it a steal for the quality. Sticking is super decent. Is it a Butet piece, no, but it’s also missing the 4 in front of the price so... it’s a pretty sweet martingale!

I like the fact that the leather is supple out of the box, it has a beautiful walnut brown color and a fancy white stitching on the fork. I ordered a full size for a 14.3hh Arabian, and there's plenty of room for adjustments for a taller horse. Great product and affordable! I'd definitely recommend this product. I also recommend to order the rubber martingale stopper (aka rubber donuts) to help to keep the martingale in place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ginny from Pretty martingale, runs small. I bought this to match my Harwich bridle, but had to send it back because it didn't fit my 17 hand Appendix Quarter Horse. I exchanged it for an oversized one which does fit, but I still have to let it out almost as far as it would go. It is a lovely piece of tack and the leather was soft even before oiling.
