Love it!
I love SmartPak sun shirts! The fact that the UV protection doesn’t washout is a game changer for me. I love the fit too. The purple is gorgeous with the contrasting mesh sleeves. I would have more but my closet is full.

My favorite sunshirt
I really like the fit and feel of this sunshirt. It's soft and flowy without being too thin and filmy, and it's super breathable and cool. Compared to the Piper sunshirt, I find the fit a bit shorter in the torso and less loose/baggy in the sleeves and shoulders.

I love the Ariat Sunstoppers (I collect them) but do not love my Smartpak Piper sun shirt (fabric is very flimsy), but I do like this line. The fabric is a bit more substantial (not so much that you get hot in it, but at least you don't feel like it will rip in two seconds like the piper one). The fit is good as well. I just wish it came in more colors.

Nice, but fit has changed
I loved my last SunShield shirt so I bought one of these, and am pretty disappointed to find the arms VERY short and loose, so that when I ride, about 4" of my arm is exposed. I do have somewhat long arms, but none of my other similarly-sized sunshirts have this problem. I think if the sleeves were short but just a bit narrower it would at least hold them down. I'm pretty disappointed because otherwise the shirt is great!

Nice sunshirt!
I have been enjoying riding in these sunshirts. I liked the first one I bought so much that I ended up buying a second. The only reason these shirts don't get a 5 star review is that I prefer sunshirts to have a tighter cuff around the wrists. These ones do not and I find they do ride up my arms a bit as a result. Not a huge issue though, mostly just a preference!

Great color and fabric
The indigo color is exactly what I hoped for and the fabric is very comfortable. The only thing that would improve it is if the shoulders were a little wider and the sleeves a little longer. Usually the medium size fits me just right, but this time it's OK, but could be better.

Love this shirt!
I love the Piper sun shield long sleeved shirt for schooling and clinics. It is comfortable and has a flattering fit. I love the vented fabric under the arms. It is a nice as other brands costing twice as much! I would love more color choices as ai like to match my shirt and pads!

Great for spring riding
I used this shirt on a few unusually warm (70-73F) winter days and it was perfect for those temps. I’m not a big fan of sun shirts in the summer here as I just end up sweating buckets because it’s so hot, but this shirt is absolutely perfect for spring and fall days. As other reviewers have mentioned, the sleeves are a bit short. My arms are an average length for my height. With my elbows bent, they came about two inches above the end of my my gloves, which might make a weird tan line in summer. Overall, though, I’m pleased with this shirt.

I love it!
I'm not a huge fan of sunshirts in the summer as it's so humid in GA, I just don't like the sleeves. BUT... this is a great shirt for the Fall and Spring! It's nice and cool and breathable yet provides coverage. And the fit is great and the material is awesome. I really really like this shirt. Especially since it was on clearance. I want another one in a different color!

Sweat Stains Horrendous
I was really excited to try one of these shirts out it fit beautifully except the sleeves being a little short the fabric felt pretty light and it was ok but then I went outside and I just got so hot and then during my riding lesson movement was amazing but it didn’t keep me that dry and I got off and all you could see was sweat stains VERY VISIBLE I got the light pink salmon color so that might be why it was so visible but I was still just so hot and might give it another shot but most likely will never wear it again.

Sizing is off
I have at least four of the crewneck version of this shirt and love them. I ordered the 1/4 zip to see if I could get more neck coverage/sun protection. Unfortunately, the fit is VERY different from my other shirts from SmartPak. This 1/4 zip is much narrower through the shoulders (maybe because it doesn’t have raglan sleeves?) and the sleeves are at least 3” too short. I will be returning this shirt.
