excellent hoof care item
My horse has NO hoof issues, but this only makes the feet better! Have used for several years. and met the "inventor". Smells great. Recently had shoes come off early due to such wet weather [ very rare for this horse to loose a shoe]. My farrier was able to get a sho on and it has held well. with every other day application of this product. Will toughen up a sole and keep that thrush away. A must have!!

Fixes sore feet for sure!
I started using this product to fix sore feet and I see a huge difference. My horse would avoid walking on gravel and hard surfaces. After applying this regularly my horse will choose to walk on gravel and road. The minty smell is a little bit strong and can get sticky around the bottle.

My favorite part about this hoof hardener is that the ingredients are natural and it’s effective. I believe the best way to get healthy feet is from nutrition, but this is great for helping things out from the outside.

Great Oil!
I bought this to try because I recently took a new horse barefoot. My natural barefoot farrier recommended using something without turpentine. Been using it for 7 weeks and my horse‘s feet look great! There were a few cracks when we started this process and they don’t seem to be getting worse and chipping has been minimal so far! I’m sure he will start cracking and chipping as it’s just part of the process. However, my farrier was very impressed and thinks he will have good transition. Can’t but help to think this oil has helped.

Farrier’s Fix miracle worker
I have been using Farriers Fix for a long time now & highly recommend it. My horses hooves have really benefited from it. I recently took over the care of two ponies one with Cushing & laminitis her hooves are now strong & she is walking like a dream.

The best hoof oil
What I love most about this product is that I can use it in place of a hoof polish and know that I am doing something healthy for my horse's hooves. I like how hoof polish looks, but I feel like I am damaging my horse's hooves when I use it, so this is a great alternative! I use it in the barn and at horse shows. I also like that I can use it for my horse's entire hoof, on the sole and frog to help with thrush and then on the outside of the hoof as well. It also smells minty which is a change from other products that I have used in the past. This is my go-to hoof product and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Live the smell.
Purchased this oil on recommendation of my farrier because of ingredients. Appears to be working on both horses' hooveds and I love the wintergreen smell much better than the pine pitch smell of another brand. Love the natural ingredients designed to healthfully heal the hoof.

Wonderful smelling product!
This is the first hoof oil that actually seems to be beneficial for my hose. I have tried many over the years and this one actually does seem to work. Follow the directions and apply it to a clean dry hoof (purchase the hoof cleaning brush that SmartPak offers - you'll love it) and you are set to go. Has a wonderful fragrance of wintergreen, goes on easily, and is gentle enough to be applied from the coronet band to the frog.

Excellent product!
I bought this hoof oil on a recommendation from a friend, her entire barn only uses this product. I absolutely love it! Smells great, and is super easy to apply to the inside and outside of the hoof. I've used it at least every other day for the past 2 weeks and it's definitely doing its job keeping my horse's hooves in good shape.

We have tried numerous hoof dressings but Farriers Fix is the most effective. Keeps hooves from cracking, protects in wet or muddy conditions. We apply right after a fresh trim and at least weekly in between.

Did not disappoint
My horse's feet weren't in great shape when I bought him, and I immediately started using Farriers' Fix a few times a week. The reviews for this product are so consistently good I had no hesitation about giving it a try, but I was nonetheless struck by the difference I have seen in my horse's hooves after just a few weeks. Has a pleasant smell, too.

I stopped buying anything else.
This has really helped my thin-soled warmblood. I think the wintergreen has an analgesic effect because my horse picks up his feet on his own when I pull this out and he's a little sore. It's also nicer to deal with than plain turpentine. Goes on easier and doesn't get thick in the winter. I like the wintergreen smell, but it is pretty intense.
