To be used in a clean spray container of your choice. Dilute with 5 parts water to 1 part horse spray. When pest activity is high, dilute 4 parts water to 1 part horse spray.
GENERAL:
Apply in a covered area such as a barn or stall. For best results, apply to a clean horse. Prior to application, brush horse’s coat to remove excess dirt and dust.

SHAKE CONTAINER BEFORE EACH APPLICATION. Hold spray container 10 to 12 inches from horse’s coat for best application. Do not spray solution directly onto horse’s facial area. Instead, spray solution onto clean cloth and use the cloth to apply Aloe Herbal Horse Spray to horse’s facial area. Reapply every 3 hours or as needed.

Effective but not suffocating
I've been using this fly repellent for over two years and I won't say it's as effective as some that are much, much stronger, but it's also not as toxic and I can enjoy being around my horse while I spray it and after I spray it. My horse really hates the super strong stuff I used to use. This one he doesn't even so much as snort in protest. A few of my fellow barn "rats" have switched to this product and feel a lot better about bringing their kids in proximity to the horses when we're using this spray. I go through just two bottles of the concentrate for the whole season, too, so it's very economical as well.

Been using this for about 2 years and it keeps flies away for exactly 3 hours(sometimes I have to reapply more often as directions indicate). I even noticed significant less blister beetles around barn where I spray horses.

Won't be buying again.
I was excited to find a fly spray that was both more naturally based and a concentrate. This fly spray worked alright when being applied daily, but it left his coat oily. Overall making the only problem purely cosmetic but I'd prefer to find something that doesn't leave a residue.

It's nice to know I'm using something more natural
I usually use Endure, but wanted something natural. This product didn't work as well as my chemical laden Endure, but did pretty well for a natural spray. It didn't cause my sensitive skinned guy to peel! And that was awesome!

Great natural fly spray
I have used Espree Herbal Fly Spray on my sensitive skin mare for years- it keeps to bugs at bay and doesn’t irritate her skin. It took years for my veterinarian and I to come up with a fly protocol that works so that my mare doesn’t end up on steroids midway through the summer. She is covered from head to toe (mask, sheet with neck cover, boots) and has 4 additional supplements (April-October) and Espree to keep her comfortable and happy! The Espree gallon concentrate is the best fly bang for my buck ($)!!

Great product
I have bought this several times and love how it works and smells. My horses seem to like it too. They all seem to move around with the non-natural sprays when being sprayed but just stand to have this sprayed on. I do mix it up stronger than they recommend as it works better that way.

My Favorite
I use this every summer and am so glad that Smartpak carries it. My horses really like is versus the chemical spray that I use when it gets really bad. I live in central VA and the flies get horrible in the woods in summer.
I also use it in winter as a coat conditioner. It seems to keep my horses cleaner and certainly shiny!

Great Fly Spray
I was on the hunt for a natural fly spray and liked the ingredients in this. I did a 4:1 mix, but it turned very thick, almost like lotion. This seems to work well for something natural and I love that there’s sunscreen in it!

Stopped Allergic Reactions
Was using another fly spray daily and he would come in every day with hand-sized bug bite reactions. We bought this spray and it works wonders! Reactions went away and flys ignored him. I spray him down once a day, which I don’t mind since the gallon size makes tons of bottles!

So far seems to work
We have had an extremely wet spring with lots of bugs and gnats. So far I am happy with this spray. I don’t think any sprays work terribly well, but I definitely notice a difference after spraying. Smells very nice as well. Currently we just have gnats and this spray appears to deter them

Love this stuff
This stuff works when rotating the brands of sprays you use. I can only use organic on my sensitive ottb and this one works like a charm. I dilute on the 4:1 ratio. Gets better coverage but if you spray too much you can get a residue on the coat. The more diluted ratio doesn’t leave residue but doesn’t seem as effective. Great value for the product though! I always repurchase

Smells so nice
Espree is the only fly spray I'll ever use. Some of the gals at the ranch use sprays that smell like I'm being poisoned along with the flies.
I can only imagine what my horse is going thru.

Works!
I love using all natural fly sprays on my horse that actually works. You need to apply this daily, but it’s worth it. You get the bonus of sunscreen and a coat conditioner! Plus, the smell is pleasant. Would buy again!

Good Herbal Fly Spray
I have used this product for a couple of years. You do need to apply daily but I love that it doesn't have the heavy chemicals that caused allergic reactions in the past. It is economical and easy to use.

Smells great and works!
I started using this brand last year. It was one of the natural ones that I found that worked. This year I started mixing it with raw apple cider vinager and it seems to work great! I would recommend to anyone needing fly spray for any animal.

Works for my horse
This is my preferred herbal fly spray. One of my horses gets all itchy and uncomfortable from chemical sprays so I have tried a few herbal ones. While it doesn’t work as effectively as my preferred chemical sprays it gives him relief from flies if used regularly at least once a day. This is the one I like best, it smells nice and my horse even doesn’t mind if I spray his head with it.

Great natural product.
This is the only fly spray I use. Though it obviously doesn’t work as well as the chemical sprays, I appreciate that it’s all natural and has sunscreen.
