Rated 5 out of 5 by from lightweight yet durable bought these boots for my 3 year old large warmblood. These boots worked great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bell boots ever Love, love, love these bell boots! Traditional rubber ones give my sensitive boy rubs, and these have saved the day. They're also super durable, and I love how easy they are to clean. I will 100% be buying these again if mine ever do wear out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Talk about BOMBPROOF!! I am completely, smitten kitten in love with these bell boots! After my spicy, young Oldenburg *literally* tore through several other brands' "heavy duty" boots, I decided to branch out & try a different brand ... and I'm so dang glad I did! These are SUPER soft, clean up easily, look sharp, don't rub, fit true to size (in my giant warmblood's case), and I cannot stress enough how cRaZy well these babies hold up!! I literally left them on for an entire show weekend, and my maniac (who paws incessantly and is just generally an uncivilized embarrassment of a show citizen) kept them on, completely unscathed!! He literally tore through rubber boots in a fraction of that time before! Two enthusiastic thumbs up for Eskadron on these bad boys!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUPER DURABLE!! My horse wears these almost 24/7 (I take them off to ride so they don't get sand in them, and so they can dry after i wash the mud off). He goes out a lot, often through the night, and he is a very rambunctious 7 year old. These bell boots still look brand new after 6 months of abuse. Absolutely worth the price due to the hardiness and quality of the boot. Additionally, I bought these because he has sensitive skin and I didn't want him to get rubs and these NEVER rub him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super soft and awesome velcro! Bought the Medium size for a 5 yo., 17+hh OTTB mare with typical OTTB feet (not very big). They fit perfectly, they're super soft, and the velcro is really strong - great for schooling! Expensive but worth it! p.s. I originally bought the XL size based on some other reviews but those were huge on my mare (so we returned them) - they probably work well in larger sizes for warmbloods/drafts but not sure you need anything bigger than a Medium or Large for a TB or OTTB...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple bell boots I bought a few weeks ago seem ok , a little expense for the bell boots

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super nice, but run small We really like these bell boots. However, I can't stress enough how small they run! Our horses normally wear M, but I had read they ran small, so I bought size M and L and had to return them both for XL. We bought them for our Warmblood, but ended up having to use the rubber Italian type for him since he needed them 24/7. Our TB is wearing these now. He usually wears a medium in the Kingsland (which fall apart). That's how small these run! Very nice quality though and holding up much better than the others we have tried. The Velcro also holds very well. Also - the Kingsland rubbed our Warmbloods pasterns. These did not cause any rubs whatsoever. Worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bell Boot I love my bell boots! Soft and easy to use and clean!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pricey but worth it! After years of buying cheap bell boots that fall apart, I finally bought the ones I've been drooling over for years. A lot of the girls at the barn have these and don't need to replace them more than every two years. They hold up great and the neoprene protects the bulb of the heel. We use these for shipping with standing wraps and it makes for the perfect coverage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pikosoft Bell Boots are great The Pikosoft bell boots are great. They are durable and don't chafe my horses skin. The XL seems to fit all my warm bloods both on the fetlock and in length to the ground. After a year + of daily use under saddle and in the turnout, I sometimes have to fix the Velcro fasteners. I have yet to have the neoprene fail and have used these for 10+ years. Worth the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough Bell Boots! I bought these 2 months ago and just ordered a second pair "Just in Case." My new horse has proved to be VERY tough on bell boots, and these are the first set- (Velcro or pull-on) to last over a month. They are easy to put on and take off, don't rub, and easy to clean. The boots run small, order a size up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great dressage bell boots! Ordered two pair for both my horses. Was hoping their wouldn't rub like other bell boots had in the past. They don't! Love the soft material, easy to clean (I ordered black), no rubbing and durable (so far anyway). Would recommend and purchase again if I needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard wearing I have tried various brands of bell boots and was constantly replacing them as soon as 1-2 months after purchase. The Eskadron bell boots last a very long time. The velcro does not detach from the boots. I order one size larger than recommended and they fit perfectly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Bell Boot Quality of boot is really nice. They are extremely light weight and the double velcro works wonders. The only complaint I have, is that the outer material is suede like and absorbs dirt and mud fast. I have a pair in white and they are extremely hard to get back to that color and with a clay ring, forget it. These bells are expensive, but I feel they are worth every penny, thus far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I'd bought these years ago I was so skeptical of these bell boots that I didn't buy for a very long time. The price kept me from trying them. But they are cheaper in the long run. My horse gets rubs and then scratches so easily that I would search for the softest bell boots, clean them constantly, remove them immediately after work/turn-out as I couldn't keep them on longer. With these boots I can keep them on 24 x 7 when needed, no rubs!!! I couldn't believe it. He also isn't destroying them - the rubber ones would be torn-up or the stitching would fail every 6-10 weeks. After 3 months of use these are in great shape, my horse has no rubs and no scratches, he's keeping his shoes on too. I did buy the x-large (he usually takes a medium). The only thing that has happened is one got curled up after he was laying on it funny, I removed it, flattened it out and within a few hours it was lying flat again on his hoof. The ones I have are soft all around, not a hard-shell like some people have indicated. Even though the price is really high on these - I believe they are a good value in the long run - I won't be buying any more rubber bell boots or treating scratches or rubs saving me lots of time and money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As advertised except durability? I bought these for dressage schooling. They are very light, soft, will not cause fetlock rubs, and have incredibly sticky Velcro. I've had them about three weeks and already there's a small nick/cut on the exterior of one of them. The exterior seems less durable than leather. I'll buy the leather version next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bell boot My horse has one oddly shaped foot. We've kept bell boots on him 24/7 for years now to prevent him stepping on and removing his shoe. I tried other boots first that were less expensive but they always rubbed and made sore spots. He's live in his old pair of Picosoft boots for going on 5 years now - no sore spots ever. The old boots are finally starting to look worn, which is why I bought the new ones. I'm very happy with this product. So is my horse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome velcro These are great bell boots--the velcro is the most tenacious I have ever encountered on anything horse-related. You literally need 2 hands to tear the closures apart. The boots run small-I have a 16.2 warmblood with average size feet and the XL is a tad too small--so don't buy these if your horse has big feet-they will be too small.
Date published: 2015-01-08
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and still comfortable for the horse. I have bought this bell but before and just repurchased last week. They are strong but soft enough to be non irritating to my mares heel bulb. The plastic ones wear the hair off when they turn on the foot. Plus they are easy to put on. My favorite bell boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Bell Boots Ever! We've tried several different bell boots over the years, but these work the best for our horse. They are light and soft, but also easy to clean.
Date published: 2014-12-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work better than I expected. My gelding has a bad habit of popping his front shoes off. I tried regular rubber bell boots without success. the bell boots would come off and so would the shoes. At the urging of a friend I purchased a pair. They work even when he is a full gallop. No rubs, easy on and off for cleaning. I am glad I bought them.
Date published: 2014-10-06
Rated 4 out of 5 by from great features the boots do not rub, Velcro is very good. My boy is in between sizes, XL to big and L almost to small at the top but they work great, this is my 2nd pair have 1 pair white and 1 black
Date published: 2014-09-22
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fit great, already a chunk out of them though. Got these because a barnmate of mine also has them and I liked how tough hers seemed and how they fit. I got the L for my thick-bodied BWP mare. The fit is good. Barnmate has an XL for her horse and another barnmate got a M for her lighter WB. What's funny is that the outer covering is different for each size. The XL has a canvas-type outer covering, which seems very durable. My L has a sort of fake-suede material as the outer lining. The M has a sort of fake leather outer covering. So basically the size XL and M seem to have a more durable outer covering and so, after just a week of use, my size L have a chunk out of the bottom. It's fairly small (maybe the size of a dime) and doesn't seem to be spreading (but it's only been a few days). Wish that my size had the same durable outer covering. I don't know if this difference goes for ALL of them, but I did find it strange that 3 different sizes had 3 different outer materials.
Date published: 2014-06-17
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Bell Boot Only bell boot my horse did not destroy. Tried everything. Did not start with the eskadron boot due to price, but after buying and throwing away competitors brands, I have found this boot to outlast all others and thus cheaper in the long run.
Date published: 2014-06-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by from They last I got these at the suggestion of a couple of my barn buddies, and I can see why. Even though they're a bit pricey, they're built to last and won't chafe my horse's pasterns. They do run very small: I originally got mediums, but they were too small for my mare (a 15.5 HH horse with pretty small hooves). The mediums were the right size for a large pony at the barn. I ended up getting the large size for my horse.
