Awesome!
I got my first pair of spurs about a year ago and they were given to me with cloth straps... :( Cloth straps are awful. Anyways, I decided to get a pair of these because they were cheap and they were leather. They work really well! The only thing is I need more holes in them, or even a second keeper because they stretch and get a little loose and the excess strap is really long.

Not too thrilled...
My ongoing frustration with these is that the keeper beyond the buckle is fixed way too far from the buckle. I prefer spur buckles to lie on the outside of my boot, but these keepers force the buckle to sit on the top/inside of the boot. I don't like keepers to be fixed in place for ANY strap goods, for that matter...

Great Fit
I purchased these in the brown color and they match my brown Parlanti boots almost perfectly. The leather feels genuine and soft too! The size fits around my book perfectly and hold my spurs up good. Great deal for quality spur straps!

Very flimsy.
The only reason I’m not returning these is because I had to use them this morning (my old spur straps broke). They are incredibly thin and do not look like they will hold up well. They are so thin I thought they might be plastic, but I will take smartpak at their word and assume they are leather (just not very nice leather). I’ll be going to my local store (Dover) to pick up a nicer, thicker pair.

When I received there was only one strap. I was sent another pair for replacement. However the second pair I received were very poor Quality the leather was very thin. They look like they will break easily

Disappointed
I bought these spur straps a couple of years ago and really liked the quality. I was really disappointed when I ordered another pair only to find the leather much thinner and cheaper feeling. The photo shows the new, thinner strap on the right and the old one is on the left.

Disappointing
These are OK, but certainly not great. There is only one keeper, not two as stated in the description, and it is placed too far from the buckle to be effective. I was disappointed, but will use them for schooling.

Like this a lot, especially for the price
I bought this about a month ago and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. They are very sleek and fit nicely against my boot. Although this isn't the highest quality leather, I'm willing to overlook it for the price and plus its a spur strap, not a bridle. I clean it and condition it routinely and so far its held up perfectly! I would definitely recommend it especially if you're on a budget but still want quality

Great leather, bit long
The leather was awesome and has held up great over repeated use. Easy to clean. Bit tough to thread through the spur ends but eventually got it in. Unfortunately, they're a bit long for my small feet. Should have tried to find a kids size strap. No fault to these.

The best!
I bought these about a month ago because I haven't been able to find straps that are thin enough to fit thru my spurs. These fit the bill perfectly and they're really high quality. The keepers are not too tight, so you can thread the straps thru easily. They're the perfect length for women, but if you need to trim them, they still look really nice.

Great Spur Leathers!
I have size 6 Ariat tallboots. The kids size fits perfectly without the extra leather hanging off. I can put them on hole 3-5 depending on if I’m wearing chaps or tall boots.

Great spur straps at good price
I bought these spur straps about a month ago, and I'm glad I did. My other ones were many years old and worn out. These fill the job perfectly. The closures don't lay exactly perfectly on the side of my foot, but more like the middle, but I don't care. I don't show and I just hack around, so it doesn't matter to me.

Perfect!
I bought these spur straps to go with my new spurs. I specifically was looking for a longer length due to my paddock boots having a cover over the zipper. They are perfect. I also like the fact the keepers are sewn down so I don't lose them. Good price, too!

Spur Straps
Was in a hurry when I was changing out spur straps and could only get one on the spur. Figured I just needed to work the other some to get it on, so I decided to go ahead and ride with the one that was on, and work on the other later. The one spur strap that fit on one of my spurs is great. However, the other spur strap leather is much thicker and try as I might, I could not get it on the spur. So now I have one new strap and had to put the old one back on the other spur. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control, I would return them if they weren't used (at least one is used). Next pair I'll make sure they both work before I ride with one.
