I wish these fit my boy!!!!!
I love the quality and weight of these boots, unfortunately they did not fit my boy's funky front feet :( These are significantly lighter than soft ride boots, but I couldn't fit him well with either size that I tried. I already have a pair of sift ride boots (these also do not fit him well), so I opted to return the soft ride boots. I DO like the design of these! Try them if you have need of a product like this. As always, return was easy. Just put your horses foot into a plastic bag and put the foot down on cardboard when trying them on and they'll stay pristine if you need to return after trying them on.

Easy to use
Meadow is foundering and needed something that was soft yet supportive, the Easyboot Cloud with their foam inserts that conform to her hooves are both of those and are very easy to use. She seems much more comfortable.

Lifesaver for laminitic mini
My farrier recommended getting hoof boots for my 20-year old miniature horse Glory who suffers from dropped soles and chronic lameness due to many bouts of laminitis. We measured her and found her hooves were too large for any of the Easyboot mini sizes and too small for the pony/horse sizes. I took a chance and ordered the Easyboot Cloud in OO because it was only a little too big and I was hoping the foam pads would help it fit better. I expected to have to wait awhile for them to arrive, but Smartpak shipped it overnight, so I put them right on. I fastened the velcro straps and snug as I could to keep the boots from turning. Glory stood still for a little while, shifting her weight back and forth, then she walked off with much less lameness than she had evidenced five minutes before. By morning, she was completely sound. It's been a month now and she actually tried trotting a little yesterday. I've never seen anything like it.

Horse loves them, but they could be better
I bought these for use during an abscess episode. My horse was walking normally within two days, and it seemed to help the wound drain through the coronary band. However, when it rained nonstop for two days, I had to take them off after a half-day and use my old BOA boots, which may not be as comfortable, but they are made of a more waterproof material. This routine of using the Clouds for a half-day and the BOAs the other half day kept his feet and coronary band area mostly dry and better able to heal. This horse in on 24/7 turnout, but he is head of the herd and does not tear around the pasture.
I think the manufacturer should consider using BOA boot material for this boot up to the wrap-around velcro section.

Best I’ve Tried So Far
My horse has awful feet and regularly rips his shoes off in turnout, perpetuating the problem. For the last few years, I’ve been buying boots like these for him to wear over his front feet to keep his shoes on (at least in theory!). Previous boots have been all versions of the Cavallo boots. They have all lasted no more than a few months, primarily because the back breaks down and then they won’t stay on. I tried these Easyboots because they come up higher and hopefully will not meet the same fate if/when he steps on the back of them. I’ve had these for a month and they’re holding up much better. The size chart seemed a little small, but when I removed the thick blue pad in the bottom (I assume more useful for a barefoot/lame horse), then they fit just fine. He’s able to run around like a wild man in turnout, his shoes are staying on - so everyone wins (except maybe my farrier!).

My horse had a couple of abscesses in his foot n was dog lame while we were waiting for them to burst as soon as I put the boot on it made a great difference to him he could put weight on that foot n it seemed to relieve pressure as it has a cushion in side

Size runs larger
After tracing the foot twice and speaking to the rep the boot was to big, I ordered twice. Boot is well made, prpobably ok for stall rest. My horse was on turn out in a small paddock. I was hesetant to have the boot on when I thought it didn't fit snug enough.

Love these Boots!
I have a little 18 year old mare that has had problems with founder since she was 4. We have always been very careful about what she eats and how much. She got out on pasture overnight in May and foundered. She also had an access in 1 hoof. We got it cleared up and put some backward shoes on her to take the pressure off and she did ok. However as soon as we pulled the shoes and trimmed her she was lame again. 4 months later she was still not doing well. I felt so bad about her being in pain I was considering putting her down. She is otherwise healthy and a great little horse. I decided to research 1 more time and found rave reviews on the Easy boot Cloud, so I ordered a pair. They were easy to put on and fit true to the measurements. She had just been trimmed so I ordered on the up side as the sizes were very specific. By day 2 this horse was walking around like her feet never hurt! She follows me all over the corral now where before she did not want to move! She has had them on about a month with no problems at all. They do not rub anywhere and stay in place. I have checked them every week to make sure they were not rubbing her heals or at the ankles. I just can't say enough good about these boots! They are very well made and stay right in place. They saved my girls life!

Great for Laminitis
I had three horses that had laminitis(I do layups) and these boots really helped tremendously to make them comfortable and help them stabilize the condition. The vet feels that due to the boots support the horses sole improved greatly and quickly returned this horse to health.
I highly recommend these boots to help with laminitis cases. They are well made and hold up well.

Excellent boot for old donkey with sore feet
These are great boots, but the size 00 was a little too small and Smartpak doesn't have a size 0 for some reason ?? They have all the other sizes. I had to order a pair of 0's somewhere else, but the boots are holding up well and are very comfortable for my 40 year-old donkey. The part that goes around the ankle is soft and flexible, so there is no rubbing even though the donkey wears these day and night.

Ok boot
I wanted to really love these boots but they did not help my older horse with laminitis. They pads didn't last long and within a month the Velcro started to fall apart.

Good boot
Bought these for my 26 year old gelding. He has chronic laminitis and a recent flare lead me to buy these boots. I think they are helping him only negative is the Velcro on the boots are not lasting so I have to exchange for new ones. Easyboot company has a great money back guarantee.

Great Boots!
I bought two of these for my laminitic Haflinger. The minute I put them on his front hooves he got immediate relief. They are sturdy and fit him perfectly, according to size chart.

My horse loves them
I bought these boots for a thoroughbred that has been having hoof issues. He has no sole abdclittkecwall the boots are to protect his feet do he can move. They have worn well and done the job. They may wear out fro. The Velcro connection after 4/6 weeks. But he does wear them 24/7. This is what slickly thinks about his new boots

Works great
My mare stepped on a nail. After spending a couple days at Loomis Basin Vet hospital I needed a boot to keep her wrapped foot clean and dry. These did the trick she has been able to go out to pasture daily. She is youngand very energetic. In almost 5 weeks and in the mud it has stayed on.

Easyboot Cloud
This boot saved my horse. He foundered in July and was unable to walk. With theses boots his pain level was reduced and I was able to take him off bute until he was better. Thank you smart pack, one tip on sizing they stretch a bit but it gives you room to bandage if necessary

Nice boot for 24/7
Have used this for two weeks and it seems to work just fine. I did buy a second boot because moisture makes the boot slightly damp. I alternate between the two boots so a dry boot is readily available to use. I also put on a light weight shipping leg wrap so the stall bedding does not get into the boot. So far this has worked out quite well.

Would be 5 stars if velcro were replaceable
does exactly what it's supposed to do. easy to put on, versatile sizewise. only used in stall, but still the upper boot is susceptible to chewing if the horse is irritated; and wear: frays easily - but still functional. velcro, as it is on any product with this kind of duty, is the weak link, and is the first thing to tear, especially in very cold weather. that said, this is an invaluable tool for a sore footed horse. beats one foot of shavings (the foot's going to get down the the rubber mat sooner or later. instant relief.

Excellent fit and total comfort.
These boots are made tough and look like they will last. My horse got very sick with a high fever and we all know it ends up in their feet. No founder but extremely sore soles. These boots allow him to be turned out, he does not run with them on. On good days he can go without them, good to have on the days he needs extra
comfort.

Works well but doesn't last
These boots have worked really well for my horse who foundered. They have given him painless support as he grows out a new hoof, but in 6 months I have gone through five of these boots because the velcro attached starts to fall apart and then no longer holds the boots on or in place.

Some problems
I bought this for my Friesian gelding who was recovering from a terrible abscess. I think he found it quite comfortable. The pad inside was thick and I am sure gave him relief. Unfortunately, the upper part of the boot did not fit well and most of the time he wore it, it had turned around. Ultimately it split in half. I think that they have a good product in the lower half but need to work on better fitting.

Looks comfortable but did not fit
Two things I loved about this boot were the simplicity of putting them on and the extra thick pad. The pad was much thicker than any other pad I have used. These were purchased for a mare with mild laminitis. Unfortunately, they were way too narrow. My mare is 5 1/2 inches in both length and width, so I ordered size 3. I had to return them. Using the size chart for her current boots (another brand), the 5 1/2 inch size fits her perfectly. So I feel comfortable that I measured correctly. Maybe they are made for a more oblong hoof.

The inside material ripped the first day of use. Two or three days later they were coming apart. Used for light turnout on a horse with sore feet after removing shoes. Waste of money in my honest opinion. I have bought the Medic boot in the past and those held up. Should have stuck with those. 150.00 wasted.

Great Boot...Didn't Fit
This is a great boot, very similar to the RX boot, which I used for years. Unfortunately this boot did not fit my gelding's foot so I had to return it.
