Stands up to my destructo horse
These are the greatest fly masks I've purchased. Have 4 & buying more. I live in AZ & notice my horses don't seem to sweat beneath the masks as w/other masks. It prevents sunburned noses, as well as, keeping the flies off my kids' mouths. A real plus. Still have one from last year & have had the Quiet Ride for 3 yrs. Wonderful product!

Best Fly Mask
This is my favorite fly mask that I own. I have three - two with long noses and one without. They fit great without rubbing (I've used a lot of different masks and I can't stand it when they rub - instantly make it into the garbage). These however fit perfect. I like the hole for the forelock as one horse has sensitive eyes and a long forelock that sometimes can irritate them, so this keeps it out of the way. The nose covers adequately cover the nose and make sure that pink noses don't get burnt. These masks successfully survived one summer (first mask to ever last so long without getting ripped!) and came out of the wash like new. And I especially love the embroidery - each horse has their own special mask.

Crusader Long Nose Flymask
Excellent quality
Fits my warmblood very well
Nose covering ptotects her light colored nose from biting & annoying flies and sunshine.
I have three of these masks. I clean them with a soft scrub brush & mild soap.
Very durable & they stay on in turnout.

nice fit
This mask fits our quarter horse very well as he has a larger head than most. I really can't rate durability yet as we just got it, but it has smooth seams and seems to be comfotable. And my daughter loves that he has his name embroidered on it!

Nice fly mask
This is a well-made, easy-to-wear fly mask. It doesn't seem to rub my horse anywhere. It does run a tad bit large, and my horse is a flymask escape artist. I buy this mask every year.

Love this fly mask!
This fly mask works well for my horses, I had them personalized (it was on sale, free personalization with purchase) and the writing is adorable, just what I had hoped for. Smartpak has awesome deals. I use these both for fly protection and as a sunshield, I have white horses and their noses burn in the summer but not in these masks! They really protect my horses from two major summer dangers.

This is a very fine quality durable great looking mask and it fits my horse (thoroughbred) perfectly. I purchased one for Raughdy--a 3 year old quarter horse/paso mix and it fits him as well. Our horses are very comfortable and love it!

long crusader fly mask
I tried this long crusader fly mask on duke as soon as i got it thinking it would not fit well. boy was i wrong! it fits him perfect and i love how it completely covers his nose. i am going to get another one for my daughters horse. he will not get sun burn on it that way. sun screen only last so long.

Good fly mask...works exactly as I wanted. Was a little concerned that the flap might be bothersome to a certain opinionated horse but she seems to like it and not be bothered by it at all.

Great Fly Mask
I have used many brands of fly masks, and this one is excellent. A little more expensive than some of the others, but is very durable and can go through the wash. Definitely worth the extra couple of bucks.

Best fly mask for a pink skinned horse
This is the only fly mask I have found which is suitable for keeping my pink-skinned white Appaloosa free from sunburn on his ears and nose. It fits well and is high quality.

A must have for my blue eyed, pink nosed paint.!
This mask protects my paint's blue eyes and pink nose. The small horse size fits her best. It holds up well in the pasture, and is easy to clean when dirty. It is nice to have two just in case one pulls off in the pasture or needs washed. I had my horse's name monogrammed on it since she is boarded. It looks very nice.

Great sun protection for horse with big blaze
My Clydesdale-cross has a big white blaze and pink nose that is susceptible to sunburn ... this mask provides great coverage and protection during the summer months. I no longer have to apply sunscreen every morning - the length of the mask covers his muzzle while grazing.
Pretty good durability - use daily and usually only have to replace once a year.

Awesome fly mask- worth the cost
I was a little hesitant at first because it was so expensive compared to other fly masks I had bought in the past but it was recommended to me by a friend. Honestly it is worth the price! It is a great fly mask- it holds up really nicely in the pastures and fits well and never ever rubs my horse's face. I doubt I will ever buy a different fly mask again.

Seemed like strong fabric but horses do like to play, this fly mask ripped on one ear cover and eventually the seam over the eye separated, lasted about 1 month, expensive for such a short life span! This fly mask is good for horses with limited number of pasture mates!

Best.FlyMask.EVER
This is the greatest invention for a fly mask I've ever seen. My grey TB has a pink nose and down here in the hot, Alabama, summers it would get really burnt and I would have to coat it with Desitin all the time...which he of course wasn't too happy about. This long fly masks covers his sensitive, pink nose and he absolutely loves it! (See picture - this was right after I put it on him) He never throws it and doesn't like me to take it off. BUY THIS MASK if your child has a pink nose! :)

Good choice in fly mask
This mask does a great job of protecting Jumpin Jack Flash's ears from the annoying bugs in the pasture. All I have to do is ask him to let me put in back on him & he immediately drops his head. He likes this mask much better than the old dirty one with no ear protection, that's for sure! I only gave 4 stars on quality & durability because he has only been wearing it for about 6 weeks.

Good Fly Mask
It has a lot of space for their eyes and the long nose flap is worth the extra money. My only dislike is that it doesn't fit an arab's head well, but my 3 quarter horses love it.

Great Flymask
I bought 2 flymasks, one for my 16 yo TB who is much happier that the flies can't get on his nose. The other was for my 2 yo Holsteiner, it's a little big on him, but he will grow into it. I like that you can pull the forelock through the top so it doesn't get squished to their face.

Durable, comfortable mask
This is the best quality and best fitting fly mask that I've used. So far they have lasted 1-2 long Texas summers. The long nose version keeps white noses from burning. The monogramming is a very nice touch!

Great fly mask
Bought horse size, which fits my quarter horse mare well and stays on, despite her antics. I got it monogrammed for free--script is great, but wouldn't recommend the hunter green color because it doesn't show up as well as a red or bright blue might. Shipping was VERY quick, despite being monogrammed. It came just a day after my regular SmartPak supplies arrived.

Best protection available
The Crusader Fly Mask - Long offers excellent protection both for ears and nose. The design keeps the mask off of the eyes, providing good comfort. Despite repeated washings, and the occasional trample in the pasture, the masks hold up well, and the velcro remains effective.

Double Duty
This is my second Crusader fly mask. The first I bought to keep flies off my TB/Percheron mare. After 2 years, it is still doing its job beautifully. When my TWH rescue came along, her skin was in terrible condition. She was underweight and malnourished, had rain rot all over including her face, and the sun was burning the pink skin around her eyes and nose. In addition the flies were literally eating her alive, with blood constantly on her face, ears, and legs from their vicious bites. The Crusader Long Nose with Ears stopped both of these problems on her face immediately. Her beautiful face is beginning to heal. Such a simple and inexpensive solution to such a painful affliction!
