Too tight
My daughter loved the boot button unfortunately she was not able to zip it up it was too tight Right above her ankles. We got the extra wide hoping it would fit but it did not. I with they would make them with more stretchy material by the zipper. :(

Disappointed
I have always loved Ariats and usually they last at least a few years. Within 7-8 months the zipper broke the toes came apart. I’ve never had ariats bust before a year! I am so disappointed.

Too narrow!
I was so disappointed as I ordered the wide . The ankle part is incredibly thin and I couldn't zip them up. I've spoken to fellow equestrians who have had the same issue. It's a pity as they are losing out on so much business.

Amazing boot.
I had bought this about three weeks ago because I had a pair of Ariat paddock boots that I bought 7 years ago that still look and work amazing but I was ready for something more for showing. The boot is very comfortable and fits true to size. I know tall boots are supposed to make you legs look long but this does it to an extreme extent. I couldn't be happier with this boot.

My husband has had these boots for years. His have been great but he is very tall and has thin calfs. I am 5’7 size 10 and 81/2 shoe. My calfs are not wide and i have very skinny ankles. These boot would not even zip to the top on my bare leg. The foot was great. They also cut into my knee/leg as they were way too tall. I bought the only width size B and regular height. I thought they were also very stiff. I have worn half chaps for a long time though. I have Ariat paddock boots that i love. I will go to Dover to be fitted.

Amazing!
I brought my second pair of Ariat boot the other week and I’m amazed by them once again! After having my other pair for 2 years they were starting to look at little old so I thought I would treat my self. It was my first time ordering a boot online however it was true to size and I’m very impressed overall.

Beautiful Boot, Strange Fit
This boots are absolutely beautiful and I was so thrilled to see them in the box. The fit, however, was strange. I ordered a size 8 short/full. The part where your foot goes into the boot was perfect. The ankle was also great. But even though I had ordered a "short" these boots were way too tall - I have ordered Ariat boots before and never had this problem. They were so tall in fact, that even bending my knee was painful because the zipper dug into the back of my knee. Then there were the calves on the boots, which were much wider than anticipated. There was at least an inch of empty space between the back of my calf and the boot. This I will chalk up to my possibly not needing a "full" boot, despite measurements indicating otherwise. The height of the boots however, I just can't explain. I returned these and the search continues.

Amazing boots
I bought these boots over two years ago as my first pair of tall boots and they are still in perfect condition. They have been through a lot of riding and weather and there’s still perfect sadly my calf is getting to big for them and there to short as I have grown but I will be ordering a new pair very soon because I love them so much!

Gorgeous boots but measure carefully!
I love my boots but had to buy a whole size bigger to get the right ankle width even with a wide fitting. My advice is do persevere if you need a different size, they are worth it.

The zippers will not stay up. Fit is good so there shouldn't be an issue. We had the same problem with paddock boots. I was in the market for Devinos but purchased Tucci instead. No more Ariats for us until the quality improves.

Outstanding Fit
I purchased these boots in black leather over a year ago. They fit perfectly, wear very well. I love these boots! I bought the in Sienna about six months ago. They also fit perfectly. Love the Sienna color. Perfect to pair up with a dress, skirt or jeans. These boots, black or Sienna are a fashion statement. Might I add, not just for riding.

Outstanding Boots!
I bought a pair of these boots in black, a little over a year ago. They fit perfect right out of the box. I bought them in Sienna about six months ago. These are awesome boots! I wear them with a dress, skirt, or jeans. The Sienna color generates so many positive comments. These boots are a fashion statement. I wish the Sienna colot was available in a dress boot.

Love these boots!
I have the same boot in black and had been looking for a brown tall English riding boot. It was quite difficult finding a pair since most places were out of stock of the Siena color, so i was delighted that Smart Pak had it. And it arrived 2 days earlier than expected!

Super Smart Boots
I’m very impressed with how smart these boots are. Bought for summer shows, events and autumn hunting.
I got a set of short regular boot but as I have extremely short calves I have had to put two sets of heel risers in until they drop enough for my stubby legs. I have a set of Bromonts which I had to do the same with, they dropped within a month of wearing them in.

Great affordable everyday boot
I bought these boots for everyday schooling use and was pleasantly surprised at how fast these broke in. Ariats always fit me right off the shelf, so i knew this was the brand for me. The leather is not as soft as their Monaco, which is what i show in, (so I’m hoping they will last longer) but broke in well after two weeks. Nice heavy zipper means i won’t have to replace it like in others.

Second pair and love them!
My old Ariat Heritage Contours had to retire due to some weight gain, had them for 7 years and they still had a year or two of life left. The break-in process isn't as quick as higher-end brands, but once they're broken in I love them! Great pair of schooling boots or first boots for a new rider. Size chart is pretty accurate, I ordered one size calf down from what I technically measured but after breaking them in, fit great (not as many wrinkles this way). Great boot for the price point and will last!

I normally love my ariat tall boots but I ordered a pair and they didn’t fit they where perfect in the foot and ankle but to big in the calf I have always gotten this size I still fit in my other one but they are needing retirement

The only boot I will ever buy
I’ve had these boots for almost 3 years now and you would honestly never tell. They look almost brand new to this day. I use them every time I ride. They are durable enough for daily training rides and beautiful enough that I use them in the show ring as well. My hunter class judges always compliment me on how my boots are so shiny and clean when in the ring and how they compliment my turnout. Little do they know, these boots are years old are are used everyday. I could not recommend these enough.

The best tall boots
These are gorgeous boots. I was freaked when I first put them on thinking I didn’t get a big enough shaft. I got the wide. They barely zipped. I wore them around the house for half a day thinking it would be some time before they broke in. I put them on for a ride a few days later and they felt fantastic. Still a little high but I believe they will drop with wear and fit perfect in no time. Buy these!

Long-Lasting Schooling Boot
After 8 years of nearly daily use, my Ariat Heritage Contour I Field boots finally split in the zipper. I immediately logged on the smartpak to by the same pair only to find they have been replaced with a newer model. I am shocked of the improved quality in this new boot. The entire inside is leather and there is a heel guard to prevent blisters. I am in love with these new boots and hope to get maybe 10 years out of them! :) My only complaint is the boot is not tight enough around my ankle (I had the same problem with my first pair) and I have a slim/tall. Yet this is not a problem for schooling but I do not recommend showing in these boots.

Love the Brown Version
I have had these boots in black for a while (at least 3 years) and just bought a brown pair. The black have held up well and the brown boots are the same quality and fit. They took a few days to break in.

Love them!
So excited to receive my Ariat Contour Field boots in Brown (Sienna), this colour is so difficult to get in a tall boot. Calf felt quite tight at first and a brief moment of panic but after walking around and riding in them today I am over the moon. They are so so supportive and smart and fit my long calfs perfectly 50cm height). The zip guard is a great idea and stops the zip from slipping when you are riding. Recommend watching the Ariat fitting guide as very true!

Hmm...
These boots are nice quality for the price and somewhat comfortable once broken in. HOWEVER, I have had some serious issues with these boots! My first pair, the zipper split and was replaced. Then, the laces busted after about six months and were also replaced. Eventually the zipper would start sliding down during my rides to the point I had to tie a hair tie to the top of the boot to keep the zipper up. I sized up in calf size and bought another pair of these boots. I started wearing them about three weeks ago. They are SO STIFF through the break in process. Within the first two weeks, I started to notice the zipper sliding down during my rides. AGAIN! Never purchasing these boots again.

Absolutely amazing!
I bought these a few weeks ago and I LOVE them. The break-in period wasn't too unbearable and riding in them gives me amazing support. I will say that when I first got them they felt way too tall, but I was glad to have them drop to the perfect height!

I have short legs and always had trouble getting tall boots to fit. I don’t have that problem with these boots! My first pair of Ariat boots I still wear after 20 years so I’m looking forward to getting a lot of use out of these!
