Designed for comfort during the most temperamental of weather, the 200g Thinsulate Insulation keeps toes toasty, a shock absorbing EVA midsole helps prevent foot fatigue and an Extra—luggy Duratread outsole with easy—off heel kick feature makes them straightforward to wear. Best boots ever!!!
These boots are fantastic. They fit beautifully and are comfortable right out of the box. I am able to wear them all day at the ranch, mucking around in the paddock and pasture and riding my horse in the arena and on the trails. They are a 100% waterproof in downpouring rain and thick deep mud . My feet stay warm and comfortable the whole time I'm wearing them. They are warm in the winter and not too hot in the summer. I absolutely love them. I wear them everyday. This is my 3rd pair.

Amazing Boots!
I just LOVE these boots! They are extremely comfortable, durable, adjustable / customizable to fit any size/shape, and beautiful! They're also great to ride in and keep me nice and warm. Boots run true to size. I highly recommend!

Nice looking boots, but not good for riding
These boots have a stylish appearance, however I was so disappointed the first time I tried riding in them in my jump saddle. The top part of the boot has a a protruding uneven piece of leather inside of the calf for the cosmetic strap/buckle that runs across the top of the boot. This piece of leather scraped the flap of my jump saddle in only one ride. If you are looking for a pair of barn boots that look stylish these are great. But if you are hoping for a multipurpose boot that you can also ride in, I would avoid these. This uneven piece of leather on the inside of the upper calf is a major design flaw for a riding boot.

Comfort and cozy!!
Love, love, love the Berwick!!! I live in MIchigan and our winters at the barn can be COLD!! I needed a boot I could ride in and work around the barn in. These are it!! After reading the reviews I bought a half size up. I can wear them with a thick wool sock or my regular riding socks, they fit great!! I have an average width foot/calf and these are snug to get on, they give you a shoe horn for a reason! They fit like a glove and very comfortable!

Classy and functional
These boots are so comfortable. I’ve worn them doing chores around the barn and riding. My feet haven’t been cold yet. I love that you can adjust the snugness of the boot with the laces then have the ease of on/off with the full zipper in the back. Super classy and functional.

The perfect winter world and riding boot
The only reason they don't get 5* is because the ankles are rubbing on my second year. It's not possible to lace them tight enough to support the area. Otherwise, these are on their 3rd winter and I've beat them up from barn chores, they are still going strong. I hope to find a cobbler that can fix the sagging ankles

These boots are AMAZING!
These boots are the best pair of boots I have ever owned! I have wanted them for about 2 years now but was on the fence due to the price. I can assure you they are worth every penny. I have very thin calves (5"7 and wear a slim in tall riding boots usually) and they fit perfectly! Never had a boot fit so well through the calf and foot. I wore them for the first time on a 16 degree morning in the snow, ice and wind and my feet stayed warm and dry. Also the tread on these boots is awesome- didn't slip once on the ice. I have gotten so many compliments on them as well. They are easy to wipe clean and break in quickly. I love the fact that I can go from mucking stalls to riding without having to switch my boots. Ariat never disappoints!!

Comfortable and Warm with Class
I absolutely love these boots. They are warm and very comfortable. I ordered a half size larger (10) than I normally wear (9 1/2) to accommodate winter socks and they are perfect. I also have a wide left calf and am able to make these boots work around that where most boots would not fit comfortably. The elastic in the laces is a winner for those that need flexibility in the fit.

Disappointed
I was so excited to buy these boots because I love the way they look and how multi purpose they could be. However they are only made for people with very skinny calves. No option for wide calf. Even fully unlaced I could not make these work. Very disappointed.

Beautiful and well crafted
I needed boots for winter/snow weather. I read all the reviews. I sized up as recommended. I normally wear a size 7 wide. I purchased an 8.. before I returned the boots I purchased a size 7 based on how big 8 size was. 7 fit perfectly. Boots are beautiful and extremely well crafted.

Best winter boots ever
Amazing. They are tough and durable, yet they have a really cute look to them. I get tons of compliments on them. They're comfortable enough that I can wear them all day long with no issues. I love that they lace up the front with bungee-like laces. It allows for a thicker calf. I highly recommend them. If they fit your budget, get them. You'll thank yourself.

Absolutely love these boots!
I our purchased these boots almost a year ago and I was not disappointed. Even the packaging was beautiful and the attention to detail was wonderful as well. It did take me a few days to break them in but they fit nice a snug. I can wear a regular pair of tall socks or I can wear thicker socks and my feet still stay warm. I had such a hard time finding boots that kept my feet warm and these boots definitely fit the bill. I normally wear a size 6.5 or 7 depending on the cut of the shoe. I ordered a 6.5 and they fit food. I could have gone up a half size if I wanted a little more room but I’m happy with them. They really are great boots and worth the money. I was hesitant to spend that kind of money because that was a lot for me to splurge on boots. I’ve never spent that much money on boots before but they are worth it. I also clean and condition my boots regularly but not too often, only if I feel they need it.

My favorite winter boots
I love these boots SOOO much, and I'm glad I ponied up the money (pun not intended) rather than cheaping out on another pair that would just fail me after a couple of seasons. These are so durable. They're truly warm and waterproof. I love everything about them, and I get tons of compliments on them. I've read reviews where people said they weren't very flexible in the ankles--I've resigned myself to the fact that when you're going for durability, warmth, and waterproof, you're just going to have to sacrifice a little on flexibility. However, I think they'll loosen up in time. If they're in your budget, get them. You'll thank yourself.

Not great for wide calves.
I have wide calves and thought oh cool they lace up. Nope still not wide enough in the calves for me. I was really disappointed that they do t make boots for wide calves like mine. So don’t waist your time or money.

Ariat - Please never stop making these!
These are one of the best all-around barn/riding boots I have ever owned! My other Ariat favorite is the classic Ariat Terrain H20. These boots are essentially a tall version of those. I was looking for something I could keep warm in the winter and still ride, along with more coverage when out on the trails. These are very waterproof and warm and are narrow enough to fit in my English irons. I love that the laces have a "bungee quality" to them, but be careful not to knot them too tight - they have a death grip. I normally wear a 6 but ordered a 6.5 to accommodate my wool winter socks in the footbed. The laces up the knee make adjusting the calf width super easy. Extremely great quality and lightweight for such a robust boot. Worth every penny!

Best Purchase Ever
I got these about 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier with them. The laces made the calves adjustable right down to my skinny little chicken legs, and they fit perfectly. They are beautiful, kept me warm all winter(and it gets cold here), and totally blow my Dublins out of the water in comfort and style. I was apprehensive of the price tag at first, but they were totally worth it. I wear them every single day and get tons of compliments at the barn and around town.
I normally wear a 6.5 but I got a 7 in these, it's just right.

Although these boots are beautiful I do have a couple of complaints. One of them is they do not stay zipped while riding. I ride professionally and I’m in and out of a saddle most of the day and I’m having to constantly pull the zippers back up! Second I am 5’5” and these boots are borderline too tall for me. They are rubbing the inside of my knee but I’m hoping as they soften up they will
drop some (fingers crossed). On a positive note I
will say, I am a 7 1/2 and they do fit perfectly and I
have a wider calf and they accommodate that.

Love these boots!!
These boots absolutely live up to the great Ariat expectations! Some comfrtable and I wear them 8 to 10 hours a day in snow and mud! Totally waterproof and have saved me slipping and falling on ice! Worth every penny! So very glad I got them! Press that button! At first they are a bit tight on foot as lots of padding for warmth. But they wear in well after about one week. But if you like wearing thicker socks order a half size up. You will get lots of compliments when you wear them ❤
