    Vitamin E & Selenium is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from I feel like this supplement is decent... I didn't see much improvement but for multiple reasons, one being my horse sat for 2 weeks with an abscess (obviously sitting is going to hinder and muscle building) and I believe my horse is deficient in more that just selenium and E so I am switching to another supplement that has more to offer her.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy happy!! My equine chiropractor has stated several times that the horses in SoCal have a serious deficiency in selenium. I have a mare in particular who is extremely touchy that he suggested it for. I chose the FINISHLINE version because I have been very happy with their products in the past. I've noticed a difference in my mare, and I've chosen to give this product to all of my horses. They all happily eat it along with their other supplements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time user Seems to be doing the job, my mares level was low when I got her back from a lease that wasn't taking care of her, she's been on it for about two years and now her levels are normal so she no longer needs it, my gelding is on it now just to bump up his slightly low level, it's awful smelling and awful looking, I have to hide it in the grain with beet pulp but they still eat it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems to do the trick Good product. I like the vitamin E Selenium ratio. Most of my horses eat, but the pickier ones won't touch it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea, terrible taste Initially i was pleased to find a selenium supplement without molasses or other sweeteners which I could give to my insulin resistent Morgan. We live in a selenium deficient region. Unfortunately this tastes so bad she refused to eat anything contaminated with the slightest amount of this powder. We tried with a tiny pinch for three weeks before tasting it ourselves. It is very sour/tart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from palatable mare eats it well, I live in a selenium deficient area so it is necessary to keep her on a good Se/E supplement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't even Notice a Difference My 17h Hunter/ Jumper TB was on this for the month of Feburary. He's been on 'Grand Complete' since December, and I have to say I've seen no change or improvement what so ever. He could of not of even been on it & there wouldn't of been a change. This product is for 'muscle function' not growth or development. It helps prevent your hard worker from being too 'sore' after rides and workouts. My equine is normally never sore or tender, so this was just not the right muscle supplement for us. But, in my previous experience, Finishline is a fabulous brand! Which is why I didn't hesitate to purchase this product in the first place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice product! Even my picky eater likes the taste of this! Also, it sticks to the grain better than other Vit E & Sel supplements I've tried. I don't find it in the bottom of the feed bin like I do other supplements!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not much difference I tried this because a friend recommended it but did not see much difference in my older horse. Thought I would see a difference in her coat and overall difference in the way she walks or stamina. Perhaps this product is for younger horses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Great product. My mare has improved in weight, happiness and skin/coat condition since being on this product. She eats it all up even straight from my hand! Cheap and defs worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does a good job. I've been adding this to my gelding's feed for two weeks and notice a remarkable change in his coat, weight and energy. The only problem is that its a powder and falls to the bottom of his feed bowl as it doesn't attach to the grain so some is left over unless mixed with oil or something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All horses should be on this As the world changes so does the grass. This is where horses get most of there nutrients such as vitamin E, Selenium and electrolytes. But due to the changes there is less than there use to be as well as horses not being able to eat the way mother nature intended them to. This can cause drastic changes in their coats, tails and even causing them to tie up. By giving this supplement you are helping give back the balance that use to be there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from vit e/selenium Before using this product all our horses were in excellent condition; have always been supplementing with Horseshine and have had that extra bloom on our horses. The Vit E/selenium I believe definately helped with my mare healing a ligament injury, but the gloss on her coat became even deeper and lovelier, her eyes glowed with health & well being--it is a definate but difficult change to describe. If I see this healthy difference in coat and carriage, I feel sure that she is receiving great health benefits under the skin that I am not able to see.I believe it is an all-over health benefit. And the horse loved the taste.
