Non-prescription proven preventative
Actively prevent stomach ulcers and the pain and discomfort that often accompanies them by giving your horse ULCERGARD during times of increased stress or exercise. ULCERGARD is the first and only proven non-prescription preventative for Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome. No other product is FDA-approved to prevent stomach ulcers in horses. Each tube of ULCERGARD contains four preventative doses for horses weighing between 600 and 1,200 pounds. Two doses are recommended for horses weighing more than 1,200 pounds.

Ulcers Be Gone
I bought the 6 syringe pack for my Thoroughbred rescue and this greatly helped his ulcers go away. If he even shows up with stomach ulcers again I will for sure buy another pack of this! I owe so much to this product for helping my boy out!

Not sure
My vet recommended this for my horse having some hind gut issues. Can't tell a difference as of yet but assuming it's good stuff since it was recommended! Hard to swallow the price though!!!!

Easy to administer
I bought this to prevent the ulcers from coming back. The only way to know is to scope my horse again but he takes it like a champ. I only give it to him in stressful situations so I am hoping its working.

Been using Ulcer Gard on my Barrel horse when ever we race. It's nice knowing he is covered and has no issues with gases building up in his belly. Love this product.

Helping my mare
I used this diagnostically--my mare didn't want to move forward. After 2 tubes (8 doses) I started getting nice rides! Took her off it and 2 days later she wouldn't move on again. I never thought of ulcers as her problem but apparently it is!

seems to have helped

Ulcer Guard works super well
My OTTB gelding some times suffers from ulcers due to stress of getting ready for shows. My barn manager and some boards had told me about Ulcer Guard and the success they had with there horses. So I thought why not try it out, I started it bought 2 tubes and started a 8 day treatment 4 days before the show and 4 days after the show. By the third day Finn was feeling better. I kept giving it to him the day before the show and the 2 days of completion. Finn was relaxed and not a ball of nerves and stress. This stuff is amazing and I will keep on Ulcer Guard before and after shows.

Effective product at a great price
First of all, very impressed by the fantastic customer service I received from SmartPak when I needed this overnighted to me. Second of all, it is a great product for the price and availability without a prescription. Very impressed with how quickly it can calm a flare up, to prevent one (for a non-prescription drug) and it is easy and inexpensive enough to double up the dose for a few days when needed.

Works very quickly
I have used a tube a day for two weeks and by the third day of use my horse was back to eating his grain and feeling much better. Although it's expensive it really does work and now I am down to a 1/4 tube a day for the next two weeks! My picky horse doesn't mind the cinnamon flavor and allows me to insert the syringe easily now.
