U-Gard Works wonders !!!
I’ve been giving this to all 3 of my horses for a month now. What a difference!! All 3 have benefited in different ways. My 21 yr old mare acts happy again, and isn’t so touchy. My 15 yr old mare is not salivating like a Saint Bernard anymore, and my 13 yr old mare was diagnosed with ulcers, and is now back to her sweet self. She is growing a beautiful coat again, and has her focus back. All 3 of them seem happy all the time, not the grumpy, don’t bother me, I was getting from them every now and then. What makes it even better, they will eat it right out of my hand !!!!!

Good results
I was skeptical of this product due to its affordability, seeing as I had tried other more expensive products without luck. After about a week of use, I started to see improvements. My horse who could be irritable under saddle (kicking at stomach, tail swishing, refusing to move forward) hasn’t exhibited these behaviors and is much more willing to move forward under saddle. He just overall appears more comfortable. This product hasn’t completely cleared up the fecal water issue that this horse occasionally has, but I do believe there’s been some improvement with this since starting the product.

Trying My Best from
Used for a month, saw a difference
My horse was very slightly off in a way that had my trainer and me scratching our heads. He wasn't lame but he wasn't moving like himself. Then his body worker, whom he LOVES, reported that he warned her off when she tried to work his lower stomach near his hips. They put their heads together and decided he had ulcers. I gulped when I saw the price of standard ulcer treatments for even just one month and since I wasn't entirely convinced he did have ulcers (because he hadn't tried to tell me to stay away when grooming or blanketing) I went to the Smartpak site to see what they had to say. I found this supplement and figured at this price I had nothing to lose. Within a couple of weeks my trainer was delighted with how he was moving again and his body worker just reported that he was his usual teddy bear self so I guess it did the trick! I will say though that the Smartpak web page says "28 day supply" but the dosage is weight based so if you have a big horse as I do, it will only last you about three weeks.

Working great!
I've had my arabian gelding on this about three months and he's not as girthy anymore when I saddle up and he stands still better when I groom him and is not as hot when we ride the trails. We only do light rides as he has heaves. I'm adding a hindgut supplement and see how he does on that.

My horse has been having ulcer issues. The vet recommended this. I’m so happy with the results. Easy to feed pellets. Not a lot of volume to the amount that needs to be fed.

Peletts word great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This U gard for horses really works, I used this when my horse had some tummy issues and it worked great. it made the stomach of hte horse calm right down and made it so that still could keep her weight up. I will def going to get more of this if your a horse owner you should have this in your barn or pen as a just in case

Great Product

Absolutely amazing product!
I bought this back in July as a last resort for my 11yo thoroughbred. I feel like I tried everything to get him to gain weight and nothing was working. He was on this product for a month and his weight and attitude during grooming changed drastically (nobody likes their bones brushed)

Great Supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fall and winter have been hard on my older mares stomach. The last two years, she had colic symptoms and numerous vet visits. No reason could be found for her discomfort, even after trailering her to our state veterinary school for a scope. I had a very unhappy mare until Spring and green grass. This winter, I added U-Gard to her daily ration. She loves the taste and doesn't leave a speck in her feed tub. She hasn't had any stomach discomfort and best of all, no vet visits. U-Gard pellets will be a permanent part of her care.

Great Help

Given how I take my babies on trail rides every year and have not missed a beat. I am sure that these pellets will contribute to their health during those long trail ride trips, given how the usage of only a week; I've already see the amazing results in their coats, manes, and energy during the days spent with them.

Great for calming the stomach!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 17 yr old barrel racer. He gets really worked up before a run. At the alley he will rear up and hop into the arena until I let him loose. He ends up with such an upset stomach, that I was actually thinking about retiring him. A friend suggested I try U-Guard pellets and I am SO HAPPY I did!!! His stomach issues have gone away since taking this (about 3+ weeks now). He still acts a fool at the start of a run, but it doesn't leave him in pain and hurting!

It really works!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the CORTA-FLX - U-Gard Pellets a few months ago to try on my horse. We have had issues with him being colic and not eating often at all. My Vet recommended CORTA-FLX - U-Gard Pellets to mix in with some grain twice a day. After a week I noticed what seemed like progress. So I continued twice a day and with in a month my horse is so much better. He has his appetite back and doesn’t appear to be sick!! I will continue to give my horse CORTA-FLX - U-Gard Pellets twice a day probably forever. I am so impressed with the results and really like that it helps my horses stomach and any ulcers he may have. I highly recommend you try if your horse is under the weather. It may save you a big vet bill.

So far, so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our show horse tends to get ulcer like symptoms, especially in the winter when he’s stalled more often due to inclement weather. I’ve been too dressing his food with these pellets for nearly a month now, and he seems more content. I need to feed them a few months before giving an accurate review more long term, but I’m happy with the product as it stands now. He doesn’t pick the pellets out from his grain, so they must taste good too!

Works well!

I'm so glad we tried out this product! This added to his diet made a noticeable difference in his overall mood. He eventually got back to being his normal amazing self again!

Great horse product!

I have been using these U-Gard pellets on my 30 year old Shetland Pony and my 21 year old Palomino Appendix. U-Gard has definitely been helping them with their stomachs. Now that they are older their stomach are becoming more sensitive. I will be using this product from now on.

Great for my horse with stomach ulcers!

Incorporating the U-guard pellets into her diet helps ease the risk of developing them and puts my mind at ease that I’m doing a good job as a horse parent!

Great price and product

This product seems to be working great and my horses seems to eat them with no problem. They are just the right size for feeding There is no strong odor with this product. It Works!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't thank this company enough for this great product. I have a four year old mare who started acting very finicky about a month ago. She wouldn't let me get on her to ride and she would make a real fuss when she just saw the saddle coming towards her. I called my vet and she came out and it ended up being an ulcer. She is more of a naturalistic vet and immediately told me about this product, I tried it and it worked and it only took a few days to notice a difference, she is now back to her happy self. Great stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My horse seems to rather enjoy this. I tried giving it alone, and by itself. Both ways were successful to administer, and she seemed to like it well! I'm quite picky on what I give to my girls, but this is pet mom approved! Seems to help with digestion, and her stomach upset and issues. She's a bit older and set in her ways, so I was surprised she took a liking to it. Definitely have to recommend this to my fellow horse owners!

Great product
